Background

Xiao Wu entered the human world while concealing her identity as a transformed Soul Beast. At Notting Academy's entrance, Tang Hao's pressure injured and terrified her; with only one Soul Ring at the time, she could not contend with a level 95 Titled Douluo despite having once been comparable to a level 94 Titled Douluo in her original state. Yun Xiao Feng took her to safety and concealed her aura from Tang Hao with a Soul Guidance Device. 18 19

Initially fearful that Yun Xiao Feng might seek her Soul Bone, Xiao Wu instead found him protective. After consuming a drop of his blue-and-gold blood, her cultivation accelerated, especially while she remained near him. 19 21

At Notting Academy, Xiao Wu became the Work-Study Students' undisputed leader. She fought students from every grade, remained undefeated, and reached level 15 when only slightly older than six. Yun Xiao Feng paid compensation for students she injured, and the pair later moved out of Dorm Seven into a rented villa. 23

Xiao Wu eventually disclosed that she was a transformed Hundred Thousand Year Soft Bone Demon Rabbit to Dugu Yan, Ye Lengleng, and Zhu Zhuqing. The three accepted her and swore not to expose her identity. 53
