Background and History

Creation and early state

Pangu opened the Primordial World, separating its clear and turbid forces. The world’s exceptional foundation was further perfected by Pangu’s transformation into its myriad phenomena and by the remains of the three thousand Chaos Demon Gods he slew. 1 312

The Sun Star formed from Pangu’s left eye, while the Moon Star formed from his right eye. The Sun Star illuminates and warms more than half of the world, and the two celestial bodies remain intrinsically linked through their respective Origins. 1 3 339

Before the Heavenly Dao came online, the world was already populated by gestating Innate beings, emerging races, Fierce Beasts, and the Cosmic Stars returning to their positions. The Heavenly Dao’s activation marked a major change in its operation and the beginning of Heavenly Punishment against beings burdened by excessive Karma. 2 13

Calamity eras

The Fierce Beast Calamity devastated the world but also enabled the Dragon, Phoenix, and Kirin Clans to gain Destiny and establish a tripartite order. Lu Yang’s eradication of Fierce Beasts contributed Merit to the world’s recovery. 20

By the Witch-Demon Calamity, the world’s peak combatants had progressed from Grand Unity experts during the Fierce Beast Calamity, to Quasi-Sages during the Dragon-Phoenix Calamity, and finally to seven Sages. The Witch and Monster Clans’ great arrays could each wield Sage-level power or higher. 293

Calamities damage the Primordial World and cause Primordial Origin to leak into the Outer Chaos. This loss can make the world regress or even downgrade if it exceeds its natural growth. 155 288

Parallel-world conflict

Lu Yang attempted to draw hundreds of thousands of parallel Primordial Eras into the current world to strengthen it. Instead, many parallel worlds merged and annexed one another independently, producing increasingly powerful composite worlds. 359

Two top-tier parallel worlds—Number Five and Number Eight—eventually merged under Hongjun’s victory, creating the Second Primordial Era and a new conscious Heavenly Dao under his control. This Second Primordial Era later initiated an invasion of the first Primordial World. 360 364

Limitless World transition

Lu Yang integrated a portion of his Great Dao Spiritual Light into the world, causing rapid expansion across its stars, lands, Netherworld, and internal phenomena. The resulting Chaos Tribulation repeatedly struck its barrier with cycles of Chaos Divine Thunder, destroying many smaller worlds and inhabitants. 375 376

Lu Yang stabilized the world’s rules throughout the tribulation. Its survival elevated it from a Top-tier Primordial World to a Low-level Limitless World. 376

Afterward, Lu Yang fully dominated the Primordial World and merged newly created Low-level Limitless Worlds into it. The first merger substantially strengthened it; the second raised it to the Intermediate Limitless World level. 378 381

World Laws and Resources

• Heavenly Dao — The world possesses a true Heavenly Dao; only Primordial Worlds can generate a true Heavenly Dao, while Great Thousand Worlds can at most develop a Pseudo Heavenly Dao. 360
• Heavenly Punishment — The Heavenly Dao punishes beings whose actions or cultivation threaten the world’s Origin or violate its order, including Yang Mei’s attempt to intercept the Great Dao of Space. 76
• Innate Spiritual Qi — The realm wall, Sky Dome, underground Spirit Veins, and the Four Seas continuously supply Innate Spiritual Qi. 2
• Chaos Spirit Veins — Following the Top-tier upgrade, absorbed Chaos Qi began transforming into Chaos Spirit Veins. Thousands of large veins and at least millions of small veins appeared, accelerating cultivation and generating treasures and high-Origin beings. 322
• Primordial Origin — Creating worlds within the Primordial World consumes its Primordial Qi and incurs a “debt” that must be repaid before Merit can be gained. Origin lost during Calamities can disperse into the Chaos. 34 288
• Internal worlds — The world contains countless lower worlds, including Cave Heaven, Lesser Thousand, Middle Thousand, and Great Thousand Worlds. Such worlds may be born, destroyed, descend in dimension, or rarely ascend. 5 16 147

• Pangu — Creator of the Primordial World; his left and right eyes became the Sun Star and Moon Star, while his transformation and the remains of slain Chaos Demon Gods established the world’s extraordinary foundation. 1 312
