Soul Beasts are creatures that cultivate by instinctively absorbing the energy of heaven and earth. Their bloodlines determine their cultivation speed, innate status, and ultimate potential; high-bloodline beasts can suppress weaker ones through aura alone. 6 32

They are also the foundation of the traditional Soul Master system: after a Soul Beast dies, it ordinarily forms a Soul Ring, while some may leave Soul Bones. Humans absorb these resources to advance and strengthen their Martial Souls. 5 152
