Background

Morgana was once associated with Karl at the Super Seminary, where they conducted research together. She later became the Demon Queen and Karl's uneasy counterpart; despite relying on his fixation on her to maintain leverage, she remains more wary of him than of Kaisha. Her primary ambition is to defeat Kaisha and “save” the Angels. 25

During the most recent holy war between Angels and Demons, Morgana was ultimately routed by Kaisha. Her forces were nearly annihilated, leaving only a few survivors, while Morgana herself was left recuperating from serious injuries. 24 48 50

She visits Dead Song Academy to demand the Great Clock's blueprint for a fourth-generation Divine Body. Karl agrees to prepare it within one thousand years, but Morgana rejects his offer of a Phantom Body upgrade and departs rather than remain under his supervision. 25

After Yuan's destruction of Fenrir creates a major space-time disturbance, Morgana traces it to Dobilun Star. There she discovers Yuan's exceptional space-time gene, declares him the ideal heir to Demon civilization, and prevents Karl from taking him to Dead Song Academy. 44 45
