| First Appearance | Chapter 24 |
Background
Morgana was once associated with Karl at the Super Seminary, where they conducted research together. She later became the Demon Queen and Karl's uneasy counterpart; despite relying on his fixation on her to maintain leverage, she remains more wary of him than of Kaisha. Her primary ambition is to defeat Kaisha and “save” the Angels. 25
During the most recent holy war between Angels and Demons, Morgana was ultimately routed by Kaisha. Her forces were nearly annihilated, leaving only a few survivors, while Morgana herself was left recuperating from serious injuries. 24 48 50
She visits Dead Song Academy to demand the Great Clock's blueprint for a fourth-generation Divine Body. Karl agrees to prepare it within one thousand years, but Morgana rejects his offer of a Phantom Body upgrade and departs rather than remain under his supervision. 25
After Yuan's destruction of Fenrir creates a major space-time disturbance, Morgana traces it to Dobilun Star. There she discovers Yuan's exceptional space-time gene, declares him the ideal heir to Demon civilization, and prevents Karl from taking him to Dead Song Academy. 44 45
Appearance
Morgana initially presents herself in dark, eccentric clothing and smoky makeup, projecting a sinister and intimidating presence. When she discards this appearance, she is revealed as a strikingly beautiful Angel. 24 45
- Dark attire associated with an “immense evil” aura. 24
- Eccentric clothing and smoky makeup prior to revealing her true appearance. 45
- Angel wings, which she unfolds while traveling to Dobilun Star despite not using them for tens of thousands of years. 44
- Her third-generation Divine Body remains severely injured following the holy war. 50
Personality
Morgana is proud, vulgar, theatrical, and fiercely insistent on being addressed as “Queen.” She reacts strongly to the name Liang Bing, considering it disgusting when Karl uses it. 24 25
Her hostility toward Kaisha and the Angels is deeply personal, shaped by defeat, loss, and her belief that Angel civilization uses brainwashing and gene matching to control others. 48
Despite her ruthless reputation, Morgana becomes openly protective and affectionate toward Yuan after recognizing his potential. She values his caution, intelligence, and space-time compatibility, and repeatedly treats him as a younger brother while offering him knowledge and protection. 45 46 47
Abilities & Skills
Space-Time Manipulation
Morgana is renowned for mastery of space-time abilities. Her Demon civilization's technology includes a space-time shield capable of both attack and escape, while Morgana herself can perform long-range transport through the Dark Dimension. 7 48
- Travels rapidly toward Dobilun Star through space-time methods. 44
- Searches Dobilun Star for Karl with the Dark Eye. 45
- Uses wormholes to transport the Holy Spirit Clan across dozens of galaxies. 48
- Her attempted jump with Yuan initially fails because the Hourglass cannot fully analyze his Divine Body. 49
- Completes the jump after Yuan activates previously dormant energy patterns in his Super Gene. 50
Dark Dimension Operation
Morgana can enter and operate through the Dark Dimension, using it to access computational systems and conduct space-time calculations. 46 49
- Conceals herself before pursuing the source of Yuan's disturbance. 44
- Connects remotely to the Hourglass through the Dark Dimension. 49
- Her Dark Dimension is described as vast and complex, accumulated over tens of thousands of years. 49
- Cannot directly access the Hourglass's physical location, as it remains aboard Demon One. 49
Hourglass / Space-Time Clock
Morgana commands the Hourglass, a celestial computer with extensive data and algorithmic capabilities. She uses it to analyze Divine Bodies, authorize users, supply energy, and execute space-time jumps. 46 49 50
- Grants Yuan Level Three authority and records his data. 46
- Allows Yuan to connect the Hourglass to Qiming's Knowledge Base and retrieve data on Cole. 46
- Adjusts its algorithms in an attempt to parse Yuan's unknown Super Gene data. 49
- Supports a successful jump only after Yuan's Divine Body is successfully analyzed. 50
God-Making Knowledge
Morgana possesses advanced knowledge of Demon civilization and god-making technology, particularly in space-time fields. 25 48
- Identifies Yuan's incomplete Super Gene and his lack of a Dark Matter Computer and Gene Engine. 46
- Teaches Yuan how to use the Hourglass and perform data-driven micro-wormhole retrieval. 46
- Offers to teach Yuan Demon civilization's knowledge so he can become one of the universe's strongest gods. 48
Relationships
- Yuan — Views his space-time gene as “perfect” and considers him the ideal heir to Demon civilization. She calls him her younger brother, grants him Hourglass authority, and offers to teach him demon knowledge. 45 46 48
- Karl — Former Super Seminary research partner and adversarial associate. Both attempt to manipulate the other; Karl's attachment to her gives Morgana leverage, while she remains deeply distrustful of him. 25
- Kaisha — Her sister and greatest enemy. Kaisha defeated Morgana in the latest holy war, leaving Morgana injured and her forces nearly destroyed. 44 48 50
- Holy Spirit Clan — The surviving Taotie led by Yuan. Morgana agrees to transport them with Yuan despite their lack of direct value to her plans. 48
- Angel Yan and Hexi — Angel investigators who arrive at Dobilun Star after Morgana and Yuan escape; Yan suspects Morgana's involvement, while Hexi identifies her lingering aura. 50
Story Role / Major Arcs
Dead Song Academy Visit
Morgana confronts Karl at Dead Song Academy to demand a fourth-generation Divine Body blueprint. She secures his promise to prepare it within a thousand years, refuses his Phantom Body proposal, and leaves. 25
Dobilun Star Intervention
Drawn by Yuan's space-time disturbance, Morgana arrives at Dobilun Star intending to confront Karl. Discovering Yuan's space-time gene, she claims him as her own prospective heir and drives Karl away from the confrontation. 44 45
Yuan's Mentor and Protector
Morgana helps Yuan recover Cole's body, introduces him to the Hourglass, and teaches him how to use its computational authority. She also explains that his Divine Body and Super Gene are incomplete. 46
Alliance with the Holy Spirit Clan
Morgana offers to take Yuan to a safer location and teach him Demon civilization's knowledge. When Yuan refuses to abandon the surviving Taotie, she accepts them as part of the journey after Yuan renames them the Holy Spirit Clan. 48
Escape from Dobilun Star
The Hourglass initially fails to transport Yuan because it cannot parse the unknown portions of his Super Gene. Morgana and Yuan ultimately succeed after he forces dormant energy patterns in his Divine Body to activate, allowing the Hourglass to analyze him and complete the jump. 49 50
Trivia
- Morgana prefers being called “Queen,” but would rather Yuan call her “Big Sister.” 46
- She describes space-time as her beloved and considers Yuan's naturally occurring space-time gene more primitive, compatible, and powerful than engineered alternatives. 45 46
- She is embarrassed rather than dismissive when the Hourglass repeatedly fails to perform Yuan's space-time jump. 49
