Origins and Historical Record

The Human Race was created by the God of Creation, Nüwa. Although humans were initially weak compared with Gods and Devils, they possessed strong reproductive capacity and could grow stronger through cultivation. When Nüwa disappeared roughly one million years ago, Human Race great powers scattered their people into numerous lower worlds to preserve the race; humans across those worlds share the same origin. Nüwa returned more than one hundred thousand years ago, but the race thereafter had to rely primarily on itself for development. 953

Human history in the Great Wilderness is incomplete and frequently false. The deeds of major figures such as Ye Wuji were erased by an unspeakable existence, while the broader historical record is described as largely missing, altered, or unreliable. 445

The Celestial Continent was originally constructed by the Human Race. Its Ancient Immortal Spirit Formation requires Human Race essence blood to reaffirm the continent's ownership; without it, the continent would collapse. The Celestial Race later occupied the continent, appropriated Human Race techniques, and modified them as their own. 509

Civilization and Heritage

• In the Great Wilderness, the Human Race rose from being food, sacrifices, slaves, and servants of other races through prolonged resistance and intelligence. It now occupies fertile territory across roughly one-quarter of the Eastern Wilderness. 7
• Human civilization emphasizes literacy and cultural inheritance; Taiwu Academy teaches Literary Arts because intelligence and a civilized heritage are treated as defining qualities of humanity. 56

Ancient Sacred Body

The Ancient Sacred Body is the Human Race's strongest ancient battle physique and is stated to be extraordinarily rare, appearing less than once in tens of thousands of years. Its first generation created the original Law, Heaven, and Earth ability, granting humans a physical body stronger than those of other races. 1 91 128

The Human Race remains heavily persecuted across much of the Great Wilderness.

• Human slaves are widely used in Essence Stone mines because mining cannot be performed with True Essence, mana, or demonic power. Humans are valued by enslavers for their endurance, intelligence, manual dexterity, and population size. 214
• Celestial Race Spirit Stone production is built on Human Race slave labor; each Top-Grade Spirit Stone is said to cost at least two or three human lives. 214

Political Development

Ping'an City and the Great An Kingdom

Jiang Ping'an gathered Human Race cultivators to establish Ping'an City as a defensible refuge for displaced humans. Its Spirit Gathering Array was planned to resist a Demon Sovereign initially and eventually withstand ten. 187

Following the city's construction, Jiang Ping'an established the Great An Kingdom, declared Ping'an City its capital, appointed Ye Qingluan as empress, and asserted sovereignty over the Azure Treasure Continent. 510

Human Race Alliance

Human Race powers later formed the Human Race Alliance under Jiang Ping'an's leadership to resist the Celestial Race. Its initial strategy focused on capturing Celestial Race Spirit Stone mines, freeing the enslaved miners, and cutting off the Celestial Race's resource supply. 898

The alliance's army subsequently launched a major campaign against the Celestial Race. Supported by flying-sword formations, array cannons, talismans, Spirit Pills, and the Thousand Mile Landscape Painting, the Human Race eliminated roughly half of the Celestial Race within two to three years. 940 941

Human Emperor and Heavenly Court Island

Human Emperor Ying Zhen abdicated in favor of Jiang Ping'an, who was crowned the new Human Emperor under the title Jade Emperor. The enthronement was tied to a plan to relocate humanity to resource-rich Heavenly Court Island. 1029 1054

Migration was not compulsory: those willing to relocate were welcomed, while those unwilling could remain in Human Emperor Cave. 1063
