Background

Rosinante was born a Celestial Dragon and is the younger brother of Donquixote Doflamingo. He carries deep shame over that bloodline, but Yaen repeatedly rejects his belief that blood can be inherently evil. 32 114

Fleet Admiral Sengoku raised Rosinante as an adopted son. Under Sengoku’s authority, he returned to the Donquixote Family as a Marine spy, tasked with monitoring Doflamingo and ultimately destroying the family’s criminal network. 32 117
