Background

Yukino attended elementary school with Kira Yoshikage. Both were bullied during that period; Kira, then an orphan, pushed for a school policy granting orphans free admission, which drew protests from other parents. 49

She later enrolled at Shuchiin Academy, where she became known as an exceptional student but remained isolated from most classmates. Her older sister, Haruno, attempted to introduce her to Kira at the bar she managed, but Yukino rejected Haruno's attempt to arrange the meeting and demanded to know her real motive. 47

Encounter with Kira and the Nakano Incident

Yukino first confronts Kira at his bar job and tries to persuade him to use his time-rewinding Stand ability. Soon afterward, she joins him at the Nakano residence, where she treats Nino's injuries, stabilizes her following blood loss, and removes the blood from the bathroom with Psionic Power. 48 51 54
