Psychiatrist Li Qing receives a mental patient who claims to be the "Creator God",

The patient recounts his transmigration experiences:

"Dr. Li, I discovered I possess a superpower. I created a microscopic civilization in this room, and not just once have I launched great floods to destroy the world, exterminating their people. But I'm about to die soon, dying as Pangu."
