Background / History

Wang Shu was born as the Taiyin Star God less than one Yuanhui before Hong Jun and Luo Hou discovered her existence. She had remained on Taiyin Star since her birth, concealing its signs of life behind the Supreme Yin Moon Radiance Star Brilliance Array; the Moon Laurel Tree was the only visible indication of life on the star. 4

Hong Jun and Luo Hou attempted to recruit her against Beast Emperor Shen Ni by appealing to the suffering in the Primordial Land. Di Tian exposed their attempted manipulation, leading Wang Shu to drive them away with Taiyin Star's power. She later traveled to Ziwei Emperor Star to thank Di Tian, where the two discussed the Dao and began their long-standing partnership. 4

She accompanied Di Tian through the North Sea, assisted in breaking the Innate Five Elements Grand Formation, cultivated with the Five Needle Pine, and supported the creation of the universal Spirit Characters. 8 9 11 13

At Buzhou Mountain, Wang Shu chose to supplement her law cultivation with physical training. After returning to the starry sky, she accepted Di Tian's guidance to cultivate the Yin Yang Dao through the Jade Tablet of Creation Fragment. 16 21

Personality

Wang Shu was initially inexperienced and inclined to trust Hong Jun and Luo Hou's compassionate façade, but Di Tian's intervention made her wary and decisive. She confirmed that the pair had departed before lowering Taiyin Star's protections and leaving to meet Di Tian. 4

She is consistently concerned for Di Tian's safety, yet trusts his judgment in cultivation and strategy. When Di Tian entered the Primordial Land during the Dao-Devil Conflict, she accepted responsibility for the Star Court and carried out his orders without hesitation. 19 21 31

As a leader, Wang Shu is capable of firm action. She ordered the Star Radiance Divine Court to sever ties with the Western Land and kill Devil Race members while Di Tian fought Luo Hou. She later helped the Twelve Ancestral Witches govern and expand the Witch Clan's territory while preserving order among the myriad races. 28 53

Wang Shu became Di Tian's closest early companion, traveling with him through the North Sea, collecting opportunities, cultivating with the Five Needle Pine, and helping create the Spirit Characters for the myriad races. 8 9 13
