History
Lan Mu created the Blue White Society after discovering an anomalous USB drive containing entertainment data from a parallel world. He entrusted Bai Ze with using its contents to generate funds, while keeping Contained Object affairs under his own authority. Bai Ze initially operated with minimal manpower, relying heavily on hired specialists and commercial fronts. 72 125
The Society acquired Shadow Island as its first major base. Its barren terrain and lack of freshwater made development difficult, but it offered Lan Mu a secluded location for transformations, laboratories, military preparation, and recruitment. 137 140
As its resources and supernatural personnel expanded, the Society entered conflicts with CANC, the EUCB, MPI, and national containment agencies. It seized former CANC bases, pushed for international recognition through a World Conference, and eventually became the principal force handling Earth’s containment affairs. 341 342 426 563
After the collapse of the Abyss, Lan Mu used the Society’s growing strength to establish the Plane Club. The Society offered civilization-scale trade, protection from external invasion, and an order intended to prevent member worlds from repeating the Abyss’s cycle of conquest and exploitation. 547
The organization’s reach later expanded from Earth into the Abyss, the Galaxy, and other planes. It integrated alien technology, powerful legions, cultivation systems, and allied civilizations until it became a pan-dimensional power capable of confronting Fifth Level civilizations. 602 630 633 692
Organization
Leadership and hierarchy
- Lan Mu — Founder and true President of the Blue White Society. He named the organization, controls its highest strategic decisions, and is later explicitly identified as its true President. 72 813
- Bai Ze — Operates as the Society’s President in public and manages intelligence, finance, logistics, recruitment, reconstruction, and large-scale operations. 125 640 812
- Special Envoys — Transcendent operatives above ordinary Enlighteners. They wear black robes and iron masks as identifying symbols; reports suggest at least seven or eight exist, with authority comparable to the President. 423 815
- Omega-class members — High-ranking personnel, including powerful combatants and base-level leadership. Many ordinary members never encounter one directly. 582 814 815
- Gamma-class members — Personnel authorized to wear Divine Armor. 651
- D-class personnel — Disposable personnel subjected to brainwashing and conditioning-chip programming designed to enforce obedience. 822
Recruitment and training
The Society recruits individuals with useful skills, exceptional souls, strong willpower, or potential for supernatural training. It identified many candidates through resistance to the Demonic Dance propaganda Contained Object, then selected personnel with clean backgrounds for employment and Best Metal training. 548
Candidates are informed that the work is dangerous, lifelong, and may conflict with personal beliefs before being allowed to leave or commit voluntarily. Recruits who accept may be assigned to the Best Team candidate program and subjected to “Cabin in the Woods” special training, which includes a death quota. 550
- Mo Yu — Recruitment guide and trainer who introduces candidates to the Society’s mission and special-training process. 549 550
- Fang Moqi — Commander who assists Lan Mu with intelligence operations, negotiations, and prisoner handling. 371 375
- Ma Xiaoou — The Society’s foremost Undead cultivator after Lan Mu; formerly a key force during its manpower shortage and later a major combatant. 492
- Diana — High-ranking member who supports Lan Mu during major containment and internal-security crises. 341 812
Operations and Resources
Containment and public order
The Society contains anomalous objects, pursues unregistered Contained Object holders, manages containment failures, and inherits CANC’s disaster-classification framework, including national-disaster and doomsday-level designations. 331 808
Intelligent Contained Objects are not automatically treated as enemies. The Society permits beings such as Demons, Undead, Black Dragons, and Flame Demons to join under supervision, provided they accept registration, operational restrictions, and deployment requirements. 427
- Conducts simultaneous raids on containment bases using detailed intelligence on enemy locations and force deployments. 331
- Maintains records of Contained Objects and Divine Armors, with departmental oversight and regular data review by Black Spade Q. 814
- Avoids intervening in ordinary human wars unless they involve Contained Objects, extraterrestrial threats, or otherworldly forces. 706
- Historically suppresses or repairs public exposure to supernatural incidents, though mass public speculation after the Divine Dragon incident overwhelmed its damage-control efforts. 706 707
Military forces
The Society combines conventional technology, supernatural combatants, Contained Objects, and allied civilizations rather than relying on a single military system.
- Containment forces — Global operational teams used in raids, containment, and emergency response. 331
- Vampire forces — A major early military resource, strengthened through Lan Mu’s transformations and corporate recruitment. 185 314 381
- Undead forces — Includes ghosts, ghouls, skeletons, and other Undead; the Society also possesses a helmet capable of dominating Undead. 425 492
- Abyss legions — Demons and Abyss Magic Dragons led under Dante’s authority. They are regarded as the Society’s second-strongest major force. 630
- Intelligent legions — Fei Fu’s technological legions are considered the Society’s strongest force. 630
- Avalon Legion — An Elven force formed after the Society secured the Summoner’s planet; Ilir is its tentative commander. 562
- Zerg forces — Elise becomes Queen of the Zerg under Society affiliation, while Kelly serves as Legion Commander of its Zerg forces. 804
- Starship Legion — Includes Yasi’s fleet, which operates under the Society’s command in the Solar System. 627
Infrastructure and equipment
- Shadow Island — Primary headquarters and a major containment, military, and research site. 137 438
- Divine Armor — Advanced armor restricted globally to Gamma-class personnel and above; provides protection and operational support in extreme environments. 629 651
- EVA units — Combat machines initially fielded in limited numbers before becoming mass-producible with Fifth Level technology. 579 630
- Dark Gates and Void Gates — Interdimensional gateways used to move forces, supplies, and energy between worlds. 630 633
- Eternal Dreamscape — Used as a secure venue for World Conferences and large-scale communication with governments. 627
- Best Metal — A key Contained Object used in combat, spiritual applications, and the training of mentally gifted personnel. 548 642
Insignia and Identification
The Society’s common visual identifier is a blue-and-white eye emblem, displayed on uniforms and warships. Recruits recognize Mo Yu as a Society representative through the eye pattern on his white uniform, while its ships operate without national flags under the same emblem. 549 550
Special Envoys are associated with black robes and iron masks, marking them as operatives above ordinary Enlighteners. 423
