Background
Altair was orphaned at age three when rogue ninja killed her parents during an outing. Her nearly all-white hair led other Konoha Ninja Academy students to call her the “White Hair Monster”; she consequently became aloof and taciturn. Before her defection, her ability was assessed as roughly chunin-level. 187
At ten, Altair was assigned to Kimura Takuya's genin team with Hyuga Shin'nosuke. Though repeatedly knocked down during the team's assessment, she continued fighting until Kimura declared the pair successful. 93 Yueguang Han later joined as their third member, surprising Altair because she remembered his drunken appearance amid a field of bloody Sand Shinobi headbands. 94
Following Yueguang Han's disappearance, Altair eventually defected from Konoha. She later described being betrayed and hunted, as well as Mieko's death, though she possessed little knowledge beyond her own experiences. 182 187
Altair was killed after being struck by multiple flaming arrows; her heart, lungs, and intestines were pierced, while the wounds had been scorched beyond repair. Yueguang Han implanted a template core in place of her heart, preserving her soul within it and reviving her. 180 182
Appearance
Altair is a white-haired girl with twin ponytails. Her usual cold expression contrasts sharply with the gentle smile she shows Yueguang Han. 93 196 203
- Nearly full-body white hair, the trait for which she was ostracized as a child. 187
- Twin ponytails. 93
- After receiving the T3000 core, she can wear a gray-green military uniform and matching cap formed from liquid metal. 203
- Can transform into the colossal mechanized Yamato form. 208 231
Personality
Altair is quiet, cold, and distant toward most people; upon first meeting Yueguang Han as her teammate, she introduced herself with only her name. 94 Despite her reserved manner, she showed persistence under Kimura Takuya's assessment and performed her first genin mission seriously. 93 95
Her resurrection and reunion with Yueguang Han became the center of her loyalties. She regards him as her last friend and only remaining family, choosing to remain beside him regardless of the destruction his campaign may bring. 196 203 This loyalty makes her openly hostile toward Yakura's attempts to persuade her and Yueguang Han to abandon their path. 196
Abilities & Skills
Yamato Template Core
The template core implanted in Altair's chest stores her soul and grants access to a portion of Yueguang Han's template abilities. It is controlled by Yueguang Han's main core and requires Energy Points for operation. 180 183
- Can transform her arms into firearms, including M20 heavy machine guns. 183 184
- Allows the manifestation of Yamato's weapons, equipment, and armor so long as sufficient Energy Points are available. 190
- Required fifteen million Energy Points for full activation; her initial five-million-point charge provided only partial access. 183 190
- Weapon, armor, and equipment quantities are limited to the Yamato's installed loadout. 190
Defensive Construction
Altair can reshape the battlefield into fortified positions.
- Created half-meter-thick, ten-meter-high steel walls around an intersection and converted the surrounding concrete into a steel floor. 186
- Used Glass Armor and anti-aircraft turrets against Rain Ninja assaults. 186
- Can deploy large-scale artillery directly from terrain. 187 195 197
Heavy Artillery
Altair specializes in overwhelming, area-denial firepower.
- Manifested a 2,700-ton triple-barreled 460mm main cannon, consuming 270,000 Energy Points. 187
- Deployed triple 460mm main cannons, 230mm secondary cannons, and close-in weapon systems during the bombardment of Mist Village. 197
- Eliminated the Seven Ninja Swordsmen using nearly fifty anti-aircraft guns and machine guns, four 230mm secondary cannons, and nine 155mm CIWS. 195
Yamato Transformation
Altair can assume a massive Transformer form known as Yamato.
- Reached a recorded height of five hundred meters while confronting Jiraiya and Orochimaru. 208
- Later transformed into a four-hundred-meter combat form within two seconds to destroy the Four Symbols Sealing ritual. 231
- Retains agility despite her scale and can repair damage through Energy Point consumption. 232
- Can convert into a battleship-like Yamato form for large-scale attacks. 236
T3000 Liquid-Metal Core
Altair's T3000 core takes the form of a pendant and can become a liquid-metal outfit through radio-wave communication. 203

- Provides high defensive capability. 203
