Qian Renxue grew up lonely under strict training and heavy expectations as a descendant of the Angel God bloodline. Most people around her either feared her status or approached her with ulterior motives, leaving her with few genuine peers or friends. Her grandfather, Qian Daoliu, attempted to compensate for the maternal affection she lacked through protection and care. 11 12

While studying at Spirit Academy, she was devastated when Bibi Dong visited the academy for her disciple rather than for her. Jiang Bai found her crying beside a lake, and their encounter became the beginning of a close relationship. 10 11

Bibi Dong later ordered Qian Renxue to undertake the Nation-Stealing Plan: infiltrating the Heaven Dou Empire and seizing imperial authority. Rather than accept the assignment to earn her mother's approval, Qian Renxue reconsidered her future after Jiang Bai encouraged her to pursue the Angel God position instead. She refused Bibi Dong's mission and marriage arrangement, even after being attacked for her defiance. 19 23
