Early Relocation to Shrek

After Tang Xiao clashes with Ye Guyi and Ma Xiaotao near Nuoding, he fears that Tang San has attracted Martial Soul Hall's attention. Yu asks Tang San whether he can reach rank twenty within that period and gives him cultivation medicine. Tang San reaches the bottleneck after drinking the Clear Spirit Powder, and three days later Yu hires transportation and leaves Nuoding with Tang San and Xiao Wu. During the journey, he describes Shrek's Spirit Saint-level leaders and promises to enlist Flender's help in finding Tang San's second ring. 434

At Shrek's entrance, Dai Mubai challenges Tang San to prove his ability. Yu warns his disciple not to damage relations, and Tang San wins through his Blue Silver Grass's toughness and paralyzing poison. Tang San's Second-Ring Expedition

Yu subsequently travels with Tang San's group toward the Star Dou Forest. Tang San hopes to absorb a thousand-year second spirit ring, exceeding Yu's earlier eight-hundred-year target. Yu attributes his disciple's improved tolerance to whale-rubber medicinal meals and persuades Flender to support the attempt despite his concerns about over-limit absorption.
