Background / History

Mo Wang begins as an ordinary high-school student before transmigrating to the world of Honkai Impact 3rd. He becomes the temporary Captain of the Hyperion and discovers the Dimensional Chat Group on his phone. The group’s members are alternate versions of himself from other worlds, and its shared-power system gives him access to abilities and artifacts—including the Stellar Core. 1

His early tenure as Captain quickly establishes a pattern: he displays exceptional combat skill while deliberately allowing others to underestimate him. During a spar with Fu Hua, he blocks her Inch Punch: Heaven Split with a blue energy defense, then promptly surrenders to preserve the illusion that he is weaker than he is. 15

Mo Wang’s power escalates rapidly after gaining access to the group’s resources.
