Background / History

Qing Lin is a mixed-blood human and Snake-People girl who endured discrimination, bullying, and difficulty obtaining food in Stone Desert City. Xiao Ding and Xiao Li took her into their mercenary group, but her poor upbringing and insecurity remained deeply rooted. 36 40

She met Xiao Yan while working for the mercenary group. Recognizing both her potential and loyalty, Xiao Yan arranged for her to become his personal maidservant; she eagerly accepted the position. 34 35 36

During the search for the underground Magma World, Qing Lin sensed an unusual aura and helped locate the entrance. Her ability to identify the strongest remaining aura further guided Xiao Yan's group through the cavern system. 38

Xiao Yan later took her to the Snake-People Tribe so she could escape the environment that had fostered her fear and insecurity. There, Medusa recognized the signs of the Triple Jade-Green Snake Flower Pupils and agreed to provide the tribe's inheritance in exchange for Xiao Yan's Yin-Birth Yang-Death Pill. 40 55

Qing Lin's pupils awakened during a stress response after Medusa pressured her.
