Nature and Forging
An Extreme Emperor Weapon is fundamentally distinct from Saint Weapons and Quasi-Emperor Weapons: it embodies imperial Dao laws and carries the Dao fruit of the sovereign who forged it. Its aura is recognizably beyond the level of a Quasi-Emperor Weapon. 268
Traditionally, only a Great Emperor can complete an Extreme Emperor Weapon. Sages may refine a weapon’s foundation and inscribe Dao patterns upon it, but cannot replace the final imperial forging. 105 Fang Yang’s refinement of the Dao Tribulation Gold Cauldron before attaining the Dao is therefore regarded as an unprecedented exception, achieved through his profound lightning Dao, the Thunder Emperor Precious Technique, heavenly tribulation, and the assistance of the Immortal Bell and Desolate Tower projections. 444 445
The weapon’s material must be sufficient to bear a Great Emperor’s Dao fruit. The Nine Great Immortal Golds and the Mysterious Yellow Source Root are identified as suitable materials; inadequate material can leave an otherwise supreme weapon permanently capped at the Quasi-Emperor level. 24 113 Fang Yang later identifies the Source Root of Mother Qi of All Things, Feathered Green Gold, Immortal Tear Green Gold, and God Mark Purple Gold as materials capable of forming Extreme Emperor Weapons. 437
Some imperial weapons possess divine spirits. The Dragon Seal’s spirit appears dormant or caught between life and death, yet the weapon can still draw upon Hangu Pass’s imperial formations to release genuine Extreme Emperor Weapon power. 431

Capabilities and Limitations
Imperial Might
Extreme Emperor Weapons radiate a pressure capable of suppressing cultivators, formations, and entire factions.
- The Nine Li Map suppresses all things and is especially suited to sealing the heavens. 147
- A Peak Mighty Figure wielding the Green Lotus Emperor Weapon can instantly kill a Great Accomplishment King armed with a holy weapon. 197
- The God Knight uses the Green Lotus Emperor Weapon to suppress every Spirit Valley cultivator at or above the Dao-Severing King level; its Saint Dao Array collapses immediately. 240
- Fang Yang’s use of the Chaos Green Lotus forces the Sun Never Sets Royal Clan into submission and allows the God Knight to capture a Saint King in a Saint King Mecha. 260 261
- Even three shards of the Monster Emperor Ruler allow Fang Yang, then at the Saint King realm, to kill an injured Great Saint. 360
- A Great Saint wielding an Extreme Emperor Weapon can force a Quasi-Emperor to retreat, making such an armament sufficient to establish an enduring supreme inheritance. 359 360
- The Primal Unity Emperor Cauldron, wielded by its living Great Emperor creator, withstands the attacks of four Supremes while remaining unmoved. 507
Imperial Laws
A fully realized weapon can wield the laws of the Great Emperor-level Dao embedded within it.
- The Dao Tribulation Gold Cauldron manifests lightning-based imperial laws after its transformation. 445
- Its awakened might grinds apart the Undying Heavenly Blade’s imperial blade light and converts it into tribulation qi. 445
- The cauldron ultimately shatters the Undying Heavenly Blade, leaving its divine spirit dormant. 445 447
- Fang Yang’s Immortal Gold Sword Formation can use multiple Extreme Emperor Weapons as formation components and helped elevate his Immortal Gold swords to the imperial level. 492 493
- The Primal Unity Emperor Cauldron combines three immortal treasures into a seamless whole and possesses power surpassing ordinary Extreme Emperor Weapons. 507
Wielder Dependence
An Extreme Emperor Weapon’s output depends heavily on its wielder’s realm and ability to sustain it.
- A Dao-Severing King wielding the Supreme Emperor Sword can clear Half-Saints and Saints, but cannot suppress or kill a Saint King. 268
- A Peak Saint can fully wield the Green Lotus Emperor Weapon to suppress a Primordial Royal Clan. 240
- Fang Yang’s full awakening of the Dao Tribulation Gold Cauldron is estimated to be sustainable for roughly one day and one night because he is still a Quasi-Emperor rather than a true Great Emperor. 445
- The Dao Tribulation Gold Cauldron’s performance against the Undying Heavenly Blade exceeds that of an ordinarily awakened imperial weapon because Fang Yang’s lightning Dao and his connection to the weapon directly support its imperial laws. 445
Weapon Control and Recognition
Extreme Emperor Weapons retain profound spirituality and may recognize, reject, or be temporarily influenced by a wielder other than their original lineage.
- The Secret of Weapon can, when cultivated to its utmost level, seize an enemy’s Extreme Emperor Weapon for a moment or two. 90
- The Dragon-Patterned Black Gold Cauldron rejects the Ruthless Lineage’s summons and instead answers Fang Yang, slaughtering the attacking inheritors. 233
- Ji Zi is unable to summon the Void Mirror after Fang Yang takes possession of it, demonstrating that even an imperial weapon associated with a bloodline may not answer a descendant under all circumstances. 456
