Background

Fang Yang arrives at Mount Tai with memories of a past life and deliberately boards the Ancient Bronze Coffin carried by Nine Dragons, seeking cultivation opportunities on the Big Dipper. He keeps his foreknowledge private, believing open interference would invite danger. He begins with only three Fate Points, a Storage Bracelet, and access to a card pool that exchanges Fate Points for cards and treasures 1.

He initially enters the Spirit Ruins Grotto-Heaven, where his unusual insight and rapid progress draw attention. Seeking a larger stage and protection from the Ruthless Lineage, he chooses Yao Guang Sacred Land as his path forward; its Holy Lord lineage can contend with the Ruthless Lineage, unlike the closed Ji and Jiang families or female-only Yaochi 7 12.

Li Daoming accepts Fang Yang as a disciple and later considers nurturing him for the Holy Son position.
