Background

Isis originated from a rumor of a female vampire outside a town, becoming the first monster born from Mother's power. Mother's soul took interest in her, possessed her, and cultivated her from an initially C–B-rank vampire into a Disaster-class entity over the following century. 721

She participated in the first competition for the Lord of Ten Thousand Monsters and King of the Undead around a century before Fang Cheng's competition. The event failed because of Evil God interference; Isis survived, lost Mother's favor, and became Dracula's enduring rival. 721

After Mother's soul left her, Isis's advancement slowed. She strengthened herself by sowing “seeds” around the world while searching for others chosen by Mother. Her long life also allowed her to build an extensive network of monsters, humans, intelligence organizations, businesses, and political connections. 421 709

A separated consciousness of Isis secretly remained within Fang Cheng, observing his lives from his shadow. She warned him about Izanae's trials and indirectly helped him resist Izanae's charm. 118 119 121

When Fang Cheng confronted her over her knowledge of his corpse-looting ability, Izanae suppressed Isis's consciousness to Fang Cheng's level for entertainment. Isis then stabbed herself and transferred power to Fang Cheng, granting him five lives, Shadow Dweller, and increased proficiency in several abilities. 122 123

Machine City Conflict

After hiding from the Four Horsemen for forty-five days, Isis traveled from the Maldives to Machine City to find Fang Cheng. She read Kanzaki Rin's mind, attacked Sato Hayato, took Kamikawa Takumi hostage, and forced Fang Cheng to confront her away from the city. 453 469 473

Feigned Death and the Undead Kingdom

Following her defeat, Isis allowed the world to believe she was dead so Dracula could not exploit her weakened state or seize her network. Through Eve, she warned Fang Cheng about the Apocalypse Knights and advised him to distinguish allies from enemies. 534

She later infiltrated Dracula's inner circle as Daisy, provided Fang Cheng with a map, and revealed herself by stabbing Dracula during the conflict in the Undead Kingdom. 702 703
