Background

Xie Xie arrives at East Sea Academy and is assigned to the same dormitory as Han Li and Tang Wulin. He immediately demands Tang Wulin surrender the bottom bunk, but Han Li ends the dispute by punching both boys. Xie Xie is shocked that he cannot perceive Han Li's movement or withstand a single blow. 9 10

As one of Class One's standout students, Xie Xie is selected for the newly established First-Year Zero Class under Ye Yingluo and Wu Changkong. The initial class roster also includes Han Li, Gu Yue, Zhang Yangzi, Wang Jinxi, Wei Xiaofeng, and Tang Wulin. 27
