History

Long Yeyue was a senior Shrek figure whose past actions helped turn the Spirit Pagoda from Shrek’s ally into a hostile rival. Decades before the main conflict, she entered the Spirit Pagoda headquarters and publicly slapped its master, Quasi-God Qiangu Dieting. The incident was later suppressed through Elder Bei’s apologies rather than a formal apology from Long Yeyue, leaving the Qiangu Clan with a lasting grievance. 40 61 62 69

In her youth, she and Chen Xinjie shared a profound but ultimately unsuccessful romance. She later became Elder Bei’s wife in name; Elder Bei was Yun Ming’s master. 81

As a Shrek Supreme Elder, Long Yeyue advocated punishing Han Li for severely injuring Shrek teacher Shen Yi. She and Cai Yue'er were described by other elders as similarly lawless figures who acted according to their own wishes. 51 When Shrek later considered recruiting Han Li, she expressed interest in supervising him within the inner court. 52

Following Cai Yue'er's death, Long Yeyue threatened Elder Ye when he raised the subject of her old conflict with the Qiangu Clan. Yun Ming defused the confrontation, but Elder Ye and the council subsequently pressured her to confront the expected Spirit Pagoda retaliation herself. She accepted responsibility while making clear that she would retreat rather than fight to the death if the situation turned unfavorable. 60 61 62

Long Yeyue confronted Han Li in Maple Leaf City. She used her Limit Douluo pressure to force civilians to kneel, but Han Li dispersed it and attacked. His first punch destroyed her right arm. 63 She summoned her Holy Sacred Dragon and Dark Sacred Dragon Martial Souls and manifested Four-Word Battle Armor, but Han Li's True Dragon bloodline shattered both dragon phantoms. His final punch destroyed her completely, leaving no remains. 64

Long Yeyue appeared as an elderly woman with meticulously combed white hair, a wrinkled face, and unusually sharp eyes. 51

Despite her aggressive reputation, she was unwilling to recklessly confront a genuine demigod. When Shrek’s council asked her to face the suspected Qiangu Dongfeng, she resisted the assignment and only agreed after Elder Ye invoked her responsibility for the decades-old feud. 62
