Background / History

God Almighty is identified with the Chaos Sea and the five origins connected to Travels of Groselle. His corruption is initially dormant within Chen Ye, but Chen Ye concludes that a complete awakening through a single vessel would leave him unable to resist and endanger the entire world, including the God Realm and God Star. Chen Ye therefore begins distributing the five powers among separate avatars in the hope of dividing God Almighty's future awakening. 15

God Almighty makes his first direct move through the Demon Empress, using her body to descend upon Dou Ling City and massacre more than 100,000 people for power. His return is immediately recognized by the Ghost Emperor and Underworld Emperor, who kneel before the Demon Empress. 160

During the struggle over the Chaos Sea, God Almighty uses The Hanged Man's authority to remove Chen Ye's Visionary core power. Chen Ye exploits this act to assemble the five great Pathways within his ninth authority slot, erase himself from existence, and later revive through Herabogen. 181 182
