When Lu Xiao is appointed captain of Heaven Dou Royal Academy's tournament team, Yu Tianheng refuses to accept the decision. Accompanied by the Shi brothers, he confronts Lu Xiao and challenges his qualification. Lu Xiao reveals an unprecedented configuration of two thousand-year soul rings and one ten-thousand-year soul ring, prompting Yu Tianheng to recognize why the Education Committee selected him. 44

Yu Tianheng fights Lu Xiao in a three-on-one match with the Shi brothers. His lightning skills fail to overcome Lu Xiao's defenses, while Lu Xiao's Golden Dragon Shakes the Earth suppresses Yu Tianheng's Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Martial Soul and defeats all three challengers. Yu Tianheng formally concedes, then collapses unconscious after departing the courtyard. 45

Witness to Lu Xiao's Dragonification

During Du Busi's pressure-resistance training, Yu Tianheng reaches his limit after eight steps. He witnesses Lu Xiao continue under far greater pressure and awaken a scaled Golden Dragon right arm, identifying the transformation as Dragonification. The sight leaves him astonished, as Dragonification is a signature talent of his own clan's martial soul. 58 59

Yu Tianheng reports Lu Xiao's Dragonification and his martial soul's ability to suppress the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon to Yu Yuanzhen, leading the clan leader to question whether Lu Xiao may share a bloodline connection with their clan. 59

Du Busi's Team Training

Liu Erlong's Meetings with Lu Xiao
