Background / History

The Nine Heart Begonia is a hereditary martial soul passed through a single lineage, with no more than two inheritors existing at one time. Ye Lingling and her grandfather Ye Hesong are the only remaining members of their family’s line. Because the martial soul is an exceptionally rare healing-type support martial soul, Ye Hesong fears that the Ye family will be coerced into serving a major power after his death. 49
