When Zhuang Minghui summons Yan Shaozhe for help, Qian Duoduo's recruitment attempt escalates into a public dispute between the two department heads. 8

Sea God Pavilion Decision

At the meeting concerning Zhuang Minghui's future, Qian Duoduo argues that Spirit Gold's decomposition and reconstruction properties could help Shrek surpass the Sun Moon Empire in soul-tool technology. Zhuang Minghui chooses dual cultivation, leaving Qian Duoduo disappointed but satisfied that the Soul Guidance Department retains access to him. 10
