Background

Tang Yangbing awakened in a ruined city during an earthquake and found the mortally wounded Trunks. After Trunks entrusted his hope to him and died, Tang Yangbing immediately accepted the mysterious system’s sign-in offer rather than stopping to grieve. 1

His beginner’s gift pack remade his body through extreme pain and granted him a Super Saiyan bloodline, combat power, and foundational fighting techniques. In the devastated world around him, he tested his new strength with a ki-infused punch powerful enough that he believed an unrestrained strike could have shattered the planet. 2

After informing Bulma of Trunks’s death, Tang Yangbing committed himself to changing the future. Bulma agreed to construct a time machine, while he trained in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber to prepare for the journey. 3

Appearance

Tang Yangbing is a tall, muscular Saiyan whose appearance changes substantially with his transformations. He has been seen in white robes and a white gi, while his untransformed hair is black. 14 20 37
