Blue Lightning—Tony Stark

Tony was incredibly fast. Within the Allen Armor, he drew upon the residual Speed Force Lu Mingyu had left behind. Lightning flashed continuously behind him, its blue glow like a meteor streaking through the starry sky.

His destination was Lu Mingyu's battlefield. Tony knew Lu Mingyu needed his help.

He had only knocked Spider-Man unconscious because he had no time to set up false information through Jarvis. He was afraid Spider-Man would die in battle. After all, Black Lantern Quicksilver's goal was to kill people.

The more he killed, the happier that bastard became. That was why Tony had knocked Spider-Man out. His gaze swept into the distance, and everything around him had come to a standstill. He could vaguely make out even bacteria.

Stark grew faster and faster. A powerful impact erupted from his body as bolts of blue lightning coiled around him. Countless streaks of lightning scattered through the air, and Tony soon reached the battlefield!

Lu Mingyu turned and saw the blue lightning closing in. He dodged swiftly, but no matter how he twisted his body, he could not escape.

Just as the blue lightning was about to strike Lu Mingyu, another bolt of blue lightning appeared. It was Tony!

Stark's figure flashed past the Dark Blade. At the same time, he gripped the Dark Blade tightly in his hand. A powerful impact burst from Stark's body, shoving the Dark Blade aside.

Reverse-Flash charged in from afar, his powerful lightning striking Stark. Fortunately, the Allen Armor protected him. Reverse-Flash shoved Stark away. He was afraid Stark would hurt Lu Mingyu; after all, Lu Mingyu was his only lifeline.

Red light flared from his eyes. Without waiting for Tony to explain, he viciously pinned Tony to the ground, countless fists raining down on Tony's body like the Pegasus Meteor Fist.

After all, the Dark Blade bore Tony Stark's signature!

No matter how stupid Reverse-Flash was, he should have known that the Dark Blade was Stark's creation. His eyes were bloodshot, red lightning filling them.

Stark gripped the Dark Blade tightly in his hand. He did not know what was wrong with Reverse-Flash, nor did he understand why. He clenched the Dark Blade tightly, afraid it would attack Lu Mingyu again. He held it in a death grip while trying to break free from Reverse-Flash's assault.

Lu Mingyu stumbled and fell to the ground, but quickly climbed back up.

He saw Reverse-Flash crazily attacking Stark. He did not understand it, nor could he make sense of it.

"Don't do this!" Purple lightning surged around Lu Mingyu, and a powerful impact sent Reverse-Flash flying. Lu Mingyu then helped Tony to his feet. He looked at the familiar Allen Armor on Tony, then at the armor on himself.

He asked, "What's going on?"

"You know, Quicksilver's target is me. Naturally, I have to use an ability similar to his to defeat him." Stark gripped the Dark Blade tightly. Lu Mingyu stared at the Dark Blade in Stark's hand in astonishment and said, "How can you hold that Dark Blade?"

"I don't know either," Tony answered. He rose to his feet and looked at the "deranged" Reverse-Flash. "Are you insane?"

"I'm not insane. Don't you think you owe us an explanation? Why does the Dark Blade show no resistance in your hand, no intention of exploding, and become unusually calm once it reaches you?" Reverse-Flash pointed at the Dark Blade in Stark's hand. Standing atop a motionless boulder, he said angrily, "That blade was made by you. It has your signature and proof that you created it!"

Stark stared at the signature on the Dark Blade in disbelief. He truly was somewhat shocked, because the Dark Blade really had not resisted him. It was even obedient toward him. Most importantly, the Dark Blade was actually humming at that moment. He looked at Lu Mingyu and said, "Let's save the people first. We can discuss this properly after everything is over. Let me hold on to the Dark Blade for now. I'm the only one who can control it."

Tony did not know what had happened, but this was the only way. Besides, he believed Lu Mingyu trusted him.

Hearing Stark's words, Lu Mingyu nodded and said, "All right. Reverse-Flash, let's go save people."

Reverse-Flash looked at Stark with malice. He still did not trust him much.

Red lightning and purple lightning abruptly appeared in place. Then the two streaks of lightning darted between the collapsing buildings and boulders, carrying countless people to safety.

Black Lantern Quicksilver broke free from the threads. He was incredibly fast, and the Black Lantern Ring on his hand shone with its own light. He then charged at Stark. At that moment, Stark did not notice Black Lantern Quicksilver behind him, nor did he know Black Lantern Quicksilver was about to pierce his heart!

From atop a skyscraper, Lu Mingyu saw this scene and roared frantically, "Watch out! Tony, Quicksilver is behind you!"

Stark immediately spun around. Black Lantern Quicksilver's hands did not pierce Tony's body as he had wished. Instead, they pierced the place where the Allen Armor stored the Speed Force. Powerful lightning then struck both Stark and Black Lantern Quicksilver.

Lu Mingyu handed the person he was carrying over to Reverse-Flash and moved swiftly. At the same time, the Barry Armor came apart, and he rapidly enveloped Tony in the armor. Fortunately, Lu Mingyu had not been far from Tony. Otherwise, his blue lightning would truly have taken Tony's life.

Protected by the Black Lantern Ring, Black Lantern Quicksilver was completely unharmed and able to retreat unscathed. Tony, however, had only a tiny amount of Speed Force protecting him, so he could not completely withstand the blue lightning's attack. Fortunately, Lu Mingyu arrived soon after, covering Tony with the entire suit of armor and saving his life.

Black Lantern Quicksilver then fled. He knew there was no way he could succeed today. With Hawkeye, Scarlet Witch, Iron Man, Lu Mingyu, and Reverse-Flash all present, he could not fight one against five.

So today, he chose to retreat. As he left, Black Lantern Quicksilver snatched the Dark Blade from Iron Man's hand.

"Are you all right?" Lu Mingyu supported Stark's body. Afraid that Stark had been injured, he quickly checked him over.

Stark shook his head and looked at Black Lantern Quicksilver disappearing into the distance. "I'm fine. Saving people is more important."

Then three bolts of lightning darted through the collapsing building. The falling structure seemed frozen in place as the lightning frantically carried away one innocent person after another.

Finally, just before it collapsed completely, Lu Mingyu and the others rescued everyone.

They retreated to a safe place and exited their high-speed state. At the same time, the building came down with a rumbling crash that shook the earth. The massive explosion drew people from the surrounding area out to look despite the danger, while dust billowed into the air.

At that moment, the area around the building was covered in layers of earth-colored dust.

Lu Mingyu looked at Stark and said, "Now I know why you called this your greatest creation."

"Haha, being in a high-speed state really feels great." Stark removed the Barry Armor and returned it to Lu Mingyu. "Thank you."
