Tang San is the son of Tang Hao, the Clear Sky Douluo, and the Hundred-Thousand-Year Blue Silver Emperor. Following his mother's sacrifice to save Tang Hao and Tang San from Spirit Hall, Tang Hao concealed his identity, settled in Holy Soul Village, and raised Tang San as a blacksmith's son. 84

Tang Hao secretly observes his training near Shrek Academy before preparing to leave on personal business. Tang Hao deliberately avoids revealing himself because Tang San would likely try to stop him from leaving. 56 57

Battle Against Zhao Wuji

After Zhao Wuji injures Xiao Wu and Zhu Zhuqing, Tang San prepares to use his hidden weapons. Ning Rongrong convinces him to remain calm and supports his offensive plan through spatial displacement, terrain manipulation, and timely interference. The group ultimately passes the assessment. 28

Conflict at Shrek Academy

Tang San confronts Xiao Wu over her continued avoidance and follows her outside Shrek Academy. Tang Hao abruptly appears, reveals himself as a Titled Douluo, and attacks Xiao Wu with lethal intent. 95

Yang Xing stops and defeats Tang Hao almost instantly. Believing his father has been unjustly attacked, Tang San attempts to strike Yang Xing with hidden weapons before Yang Xing renders him unconscious and transports Tang San, Tang Hao, and Xiao Wu away. 96

In Shrek's match against the Huangdou Team, Tang San controls the field with Blue Silver Grass and uses his Eight Spider Lances to take down several opponents. Ning Rongrong's Soul Spirit and battlefield directions help the team overcome Huangdou's healing and coordinated resistance. 105

Individual Strength Assessment

During Yu Xiaogang's internal round-robin assessment, Tang San quickly defeats Zhu Zhuqing but is pushed back by Ning Rongrong's Wind Empress Qimen and elemental attacks. Ning Rongrong ultimately defeats Tang San with controlled white flames from her amplified abilities, leaving him unconscious but uninjured. In the subsequent group challenges, Tang San defeats several two-person teams but finally loses against Dai Mubai and Xiao Wu together. Xiao Wu's Soul Bone Fusion

While Shrek Academy prepares to relocate and Tang San assists Flender by packing books from the study, Yang Xing suddenly appears and takes Xiao Wu away to fuse a soul bone.
