Stark Industries and the Iron Man identity

Stark is the genius associated with Stark Industries and its advanced armor technology. During a proposed data-analysis partnership, he arrives late to a meeting at the company’s Manhattan headquarters; Pepper Potts describes him as a talented genius capable of changing the world, while Daisy Johnson initially regards his playboy reputation as a sign of unreliability 29.

Using J.A.R.V.I.S. and his own hacking ability, Stark exposes Obadiah Stane’s connection to the Ten Rings. When Stane kidnaps Pepper and deploys the heavily armed Iron Tyrant armor, Stark fights to rescue her while also protecting civilians 145. His emergence as Iron Man gives Stark Industries substantial public support even during later market turmoil 190.

Stark’s competitive side is evident when he challenges Daisy to test his armor.
