Dance (V)
It was when Professor Graves was wiping Kurama's mouth that Kurama discovered the whiskey he was drinking.
"Is this good?"
Kurama touched Professor Graves's cup with her little paws, seemingly curious. He wasn't angry; he simply took another cup, poured one for Kurama, and pushed it in front of her.
"But Su Yu doesn't allow me to drink alcohol, so I'll just try it, and I definitely won't drink more!"
As she spoke, Kurama stuck out her pink little tongue, took a tiny lick, smacked her lips, and said, "Hmm, can't taste the saltiness. Let me take another sip to try..."
After just half a glass of wine, she felt a little dizzy and disoriented.
"With this level of skill, it's no wonder they're from the same company."
Professor Graves chuckled, looking at the Kurama in front of him. His legs were a little weak, so he simply went to Isolde and asked her to take the little guy back.
While Professor Graves was looking for someone, Kurama, still dizzy, ran back to Headmaster Dumbledore. He had just finished dancing with Madame Maxime and was resting in his seat. He was getting old and not as good as before. Back then, he could dance with Grindelwald all night long!
"Wow, old man with the long beard! May I eat the grapes on your table?"
You know what, even though this little thing has had too much to drink, she's still quite polite. Headmaster Dumbledore smiled and picked up a bunch of grapes, placed them in front of Kurama, and even thoughtfully peeled them one by one for her.
And so the two began to chat; in reality, it was Headmaster Dumbledore listening to Kurama brag.
"You have no idea, Su Yu still wets the bed when he's eight years old!"
"He's afraid of the dark when there's thunder, and he can only sleep when he's holding two beautiful women!"
"He didn't learn to speak until he was five, and he still couldn't run at seven!"
"You don't understand, do you? My Su Yu even dares to attack Chi Shi!"
Phoebe, who had come to see Madame Maxime, also took the opportunity to sit down and eavesdrop on the conversation between Kurama and Headmaster Dumbledore. She would occasionally cover her mouth and giggle, which made Kurama think that Phoebe did not believe him, so he gestured even more enthusiastically.
With a loud thud, a sharp rap struck Kurama on the head, instantly raising a large bump. Kurama clutched his head and wailed. Phoebe was startled by the sudden action, then watched helplessly as Su Yu grabbed Kurama by the back of the neck, followed by Isolde, and walked back to Slytherin, saying as they went, "You dare to use Redstone! I don't have that kind of ability."
Unlike the bustling main hall, the rose garden outside was quiet, with carriages belonging to students from other colleges parked everywhere. The carriages would occasionally sway, hinting at the excitement and passion inside.
Bored, Harry and Ron came out for some fresh air. Because of a bet Ron made with Su Yu, he couldn't go back to the common room, so while Su Yu was busy, he followed Harry out for a stroll.
"Is dancing really that fun? Why don't I feel it? Look at Su Yu and Malfoy, they're all so tired, yet they still have genuine smiles on their faces?"
Harry was a little confused. As a straight man, he felt that dancing was not as good as playing a Quidditch Match, which he thought was what a man should do, not dancing with girls.
"Harry, I feel like you're being sarcastic? I only find dancing with you boring. If it were Phoebe, I'd be fine..."
Ron couldn't help but chuckle to himself at the thought of Phoebe dancing with him, her movements as graceful as a startled swan and as elegant as a swimming dragon.
"Come on, Ron, the thought of you dancing with Phoebe in a white wedding dress makes me uncomfortable..."
"I'll say it again, this is a dress! Not a wedding gown! It's all Su Yu's fault, Merlin's beard! He's a devil."
The two continued on their way, playfully bickering, when suddenly Harry covered Ron's mouth and pulled him behind a stone pillar.
"What's wrong, Harry? Did you see Dementor?" Ron was startled by the suddenness of the question and asked Harry in a low voice, not daring to even peek out.
"Don't talk, Ron, I see Professor Snape." Harry turned around and made a shushing gesture to Ron, then craned his neck to look outside.
"Karkaroff, I really don't understand why you always make such a fuss, just like before."
"Severus! Don't tell me you haven't noticed the recent anomalies? How long are you going to keep pretending?" Karkaroff seemed somewhat terrified, his voice rising several decibels as he spoke, but then, out of fear, he covered his mouth. "Especially in the last few months, it...it really is coming, isn't it? It's so obvious, I can't deny it..."
"Then you should run away quickly." Professor Snape looked at the cowardly boy with some disdain. "Run as far away as possible. Don't worry, I'll explain for you. You don't need to worry about me. I'll run too. I don't think I'll leave Hogwarts Academy."
As he spoke, Professor Snape instantly ran forward, but because it was still snowy outside, his feet slipped and he almost fell.
"Lumos!"
With a "bang," the window of a swaying carriage was blasted off, illuminating the interior. Professor Snape opened the door and ordered the two inside to quickly get dressed and get out!
"Look at yourselves! What are you doing!" Professor Snape said with a forced smile, usually at his angrier. "Ravenclaw, deduct ten points! Fawcett!"
A girl hurriedly dressed and ran away. Just then, a boy inside also quickly dressed and chased after the girl.
"Hmph, Hatch Patch also loses ten points! Stebbins."
Professor Snape glanced again at the pillar where Harry and Ron were hiding. "What are you two doing here again? Don't disgust me, okay, Potter?"
"We were just taking a walk!" Ron was unusually assertive. "What's wrong with that? Is taking a walk illegal?"
"Oh, taking a walk in a wedding dress? You two have quite the romantic flair. Well then, continue, just don't let me catch you!"
Professor Snape looked rather annoyed and strode away, his black robes fluttering in the wind. Slytherin students are so much easier to manage; Su Yu and the others would never go on a date so secretly!
In fact, Hogwarts Academy never forbids students from dating. What their professors forbid is that you can date early, but you can't do things that cross the line, such as hugging and kissing in public, or doing anything even more outrageous. Of course, he can't control Su Yu, so he just turns a blind eye. After all, the other person has the bigger fist.
