Synopsis: The Divine Path emphasizes the soul and neglects the physical body. Through the Divine Court's investiture and incense offerings, one becomes a god. However, constrained by the Divine Court, they must perform divine duties. The Earth Immortal Path uses the physical body as its foundation, opening grotto-heavens and blessed lands as the basis for attaining the Dao, but is shackled by those grotto-heavens and blessed lands, like drawing a circle on the ground as a prison. The Qi Cultivation Path places equal emphasis on the physical body, primordial spirit, and magical power. After attaining the Dao, one can roam free between heaven and earth, but heavenly tribulations are numerous, and very few achieve the Dao. Liu Yuanchen reincarnates into the Yuanling Realm, obtains the legacy of Great Immortal Zhenyuan, opens grotto-heavens and blessed lands, yet is not bound by them, roaming free within the universe.
