Background / History

As a child, Sasuke was strongly attached to Hyuga Hitoshi, calling him “Daddy” after Hitoshi picked him up and examined him. He was publicly described as Hitoshi's godson, while later accounts establish that Hitoshi is his biological father. Sasuke nonetheless remains publicly known as the Uchiha Clan's Second Young Master. 20 21 158

He grew up under the protection of his older brother, Itachi. Iwagakure shinobi targeted Sasuke for kidnapping, prompting Itachi to defend him and awaken his Sharingan and Mangekyō Sharingan ahead of schedule. 98
