Background / History

Bixiao is the youngest of three sisters born from strands of Innate cloud qi. Alongside Yunxiao and Qiongxiao, she travels the Eastern Sea seeking a suitable Daoist sanctuary after taking human form. Her pursuit of an Innate Colored Cloud Butterfly leads the sisters into the fog concealing Penglai Island and its Innate grand formation 1.

At Penglai, Bixiao is drawn to a distorted Dao mark on Enlightenment Cliff. Treating the discovery as “fun,” she instinctively comprehends the Space Dao and completes her first short-distance teleportation 2. After witnessing Luxuan’s instruction and Dao phenomena, she eagerly accepts him as her master—prematurely calling him “Master” before the formal ceremony begins 3.

Luxuan grants her the Void Escaping Sky Scripture, tailored to her Space and Yin-Yang transformation affinities. At Treasure Cliff, Bixiao chooses the Golden Flood-Dragon Scissors, a Supreme-grade Innate Spirit Treasure formed from two innate yin-yang flood dragons. Her enthusiasm is especially apparent around spiritual treasures and potential spoils. She is quick to volunteer for battle, judges stronger opponents partly by whether they may carry better equipment, and immediately wonders whether the abandoned Celestial Court treasury is now available to claim 26 27 33.

Despite her recklessness, Bixiao is not incapable of caution.
