The War God Temple is formally part of the Federation rather than an independent sect. The Temple possesses eighteen War Gods, with Luo Yuhang holding the position of Third War God. He is also a Federation lieutenant general and has extensive battlefield experience, particularly in army coordination and team combat 5 21.

The War God Temple headquarters is built into the highest mountain west of Mingdu. The mountain has been hollowed out and reconstructed into a heavily defended military complex, with the Federation’s Central Legion stationed nearby 25.

History
After Qi Ji’s Martial Soul awakening drew the attention of multiple factions, the War God Temple was one of only four organizations able to answer his demand that a Titled Douluo personally recruit him. Qi Ji ultimately chose it over the Spirit Pagoda, Skysea Alliance, and Eastsea Legion, valuing its Federation protection, elite resources, and relatively flexible environment 4.
Luo Yuhang personally escorted Qi Ji after the decision, introduced himself as the Third War God, and began acting as his guide and protector. He taught Qi Ji a dragon-bloodline-oriented meditation method derived from the Temple’s foundational cultivation technique 5 8.
At the headquarters, Qi Ji demonstrated his twin Martial Souls before Chen Xinjie, Yu Guanzhi, and Guan Yue. Although the three Limit Douluo greatly exceeded him in Soul Power, they instinctively felt the suppressive majesty of his Dragon God Crown Prince bloodline. After questioning him about his abilities and future plans, they designated him a Federation cultivation priority 26.
