Qian Renxue entered the Heaven Dou Empire undercover at a young age. She eliminated the real Xue Qinghe, assumed his identity, and poisoned the Second and Third Princes before securing the crown prince’s position. Later accusations about these deaths are therefore true, despite being publicly treated as rumors 2 5.

Her infiltration forms part of Spirit Hall’s Nation-Stealing Plan, intended to take control of the Heaven Dou Empire without a large-scale war. After witnessing his Golden Exquisite Pagoda and innate full Soul Power, she helps select his first Soul Beast, accepts his correction that the pagoda is not purely supportive, and settles on a roughly four-hundred-year Rock Mystic Tortoise. On returning to Heaven Dou City, she gives him accommodation at her residence 2 3.

Luofan’s inexplicable Martial Soul evolution and growing first ring prompt an investigation. Drawing on Porcupinefish Douluo’s account of divine rewards, she concludes that a deity has taken an interest in him. She orders his information withheld from both the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect and Bibi Dong 5 6.

Heaven Dou Daily

Luofan proposes a newspaper as a response to accusations that Xue Qinghe poisoned the princes. She funds the project and takes charge of its operation. Heaven Dou Daily gains readers through policy reporting and Luofan’s serialized Dream of the Red Chamber, while advertising provides substantial revenue and strengthens her public standing 7 8 9 16.

Conflict with the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect

When Ning Fengzhi and Ning Rongrong visit, Xue Qinghe attempts to keep them from discovering Luofan in her residence. Luofan eventually appears and firmly refuses to return to the sect 26 27 28 29.

Ning Fengzhi’s willingness to take him by force pushes her toward open confrontation.
