Plot points and events
- Uchiha Su learns that eight-year-old Uchiha Mikoto has been seized by two Cultists at the edge of a sheer cliff. They demand safe passage in exchange for releasing her.
- Uchiha Rin explains that the Cultists had been concealed nearby and sprang out when Mikoto was beside them. Their eye coverings make Sharingan genjutsu ineffective.
- Yui and Nai arrive and dispel their Shadow Clones, recovering the memories of what happened. Asked for a solution, Yui says she can rescue Mikoto and approaches the kidnappers.
- Uchiha Ao distrusts Yui and openly suggests that she and Nai, Konoha rogue ninja, might be cooperating with the Cultists.
