Jerome escaped Barry by handing him a live grenade, then Jeremiah took over during his date with Ririko and revealed that he had helped her escape Arkham. Ririko accepted Jeremiah’s hand, but their romantic moment ended when fish and an octopus fell onto the table and Jeremiah’s head.
Ririko and Jeremiah fled Gotham’s sudden flood, which Ririko recognized as an attack by the Sea Folk seeking the Trident of the Sea God. She rode the Trident toward Gotham Harbor with Barry Allen and found Orm directing the flood with a powerful orb.
Ririko and Barry confronted Orm as he tried to steal her trident, while Bruce fought Black Manta’s mercenaries. Arthur rescued Orm from Ririko’s supernatural attack, leaving her to rebuke him for arriving late.
After helping stop Orm’s attack on Gotham, Ririko was captured by A.R.G.U.S. and held in a monitored cell. Amanda Waller finally visited and offered her release in exchange for a routine physical examination, which Ririko accepted while planning to get close enough to control her.
Ririko escaped A.R.G.U.S. with help from Steve Trevor, Barry Allen, and Cyborg after learning that Deathstroke had taken control of the organization to capture and study superhumans. They flew to Wayne Manor for shelter and descended into its underground hangar.
Ririko and her allies gathered in the Basement, where Cyborg helped Bruce and Steve erase A.R.G.U.S.'s files on superhumans. After receiving notice of a meeting with Elizabeth Crown, Ririko planned to use Cyborg to locate Burton Crown and asked Bruce for lubricant and metal polish to persuade him.
Ririko persuaded Cyborg to help her take down the Court of Owls, then sent him into the Court’s network during a meeting. He uncovered that Burton Crown was critically ill on Lian Yu, so Ririko called Dick and announced they were going to claim the inheritance.
Ririko, Dick Grayson, and Oliver Queen traveled to Lian Yu to reach the Sanatorium and contact William Cobb, with Cyborg providing remote support. After entering the compound, they discovered about twenty people standing motionless in a pool.
Ririko, Dick, and Oliver escaped pursuing Talon Assassins and found Burton Crown preserved as a living head in a life-support container. When Ririko insulted him, Burton awoke and declared he did not care about his great-grandson.
Ririko entered Burton Crown’s mind with Cyborg and discovered that he had spent a century searching for her after meeting her in an earlier timeline. Burton agreed to transfer his assets to her, but Elizabeth Crown arrived with six Talon Assassins as Ririko declared herself in control of the Court of Owls.
Ririko took control of the Court of Owls after Elizabeth’s schemes collapsed, while Dick became the Klein Family’s new head. On the return trip, Ririko learned that Cyborg had transferred only about a hundred million from the Court’s vast fortune, leaving her furious and her plans for a lavish retirement out of reach.
Ririko learned that Superman had been gravely injured by Doomsday and became stranded in Metropolis, while Batman and Lex Luthor joined forces to try to save him. Superman appeared at Oliver’s villa with Doomsday’s personality taking hold, leaving Ririko and Krypto facing him.
Clark succumbed to the Doomsday Virus after telling Ririko he had come to see her one last time. Doomsday trapped Ririko in a bone cage, but Deathstroke rescued her and fled while Bruce and the others confronted the monster.
Ririko used her newly unlocked body fusion skill to absorb the Tomie inside her, then woke in Deathstroke’s body after he tried to kill her. She told Krypto to keep her transformation secret.
Ririko used her fusion with Deathstroke to enter the Kryptonite Field and draw the Doomsday Virus out of Clark and into Deathstroke’s body. The transfer left Clark recovering, while the virus discovered that Deathstroke’s body did not have the unlimited proliferation it expected.
Ririko helped Clark defeat the Doomsday Virus, then spent several days with Bruce in Metropolis before deciding to leave because her influence made his infatuation dangerous. As she packed, Jerome appeared and abducted her by jumping from the hotel terrace with her.
Diana rescued Ririko from Jerome and explained that the Amazon Gold Ririko had touched caused mental contamination. She gave Ririko a protective ring that could suppress her influence and possibly restore those affected, leaving Ririko uncertain whether to wear it.
Ririko put on the ring, which erased Krypto’s memory of her but did not make Oswald forget her. Oswald reunited with her and hurried her home, while Ririko brought Krypto along and asked for a Christmas present.
Harley took charge of the Court of Owls while Ririko left for a date with Jerome, riding with Victor through Gotham traffic. Jerome kidnapped the mayor for attention, but released him when Ririko complained that the airship had caused a traffic jam, then hurried off to meet her.
Ririko and Jerome spent a date at a haunted house, where Jerome sought reassurance before they decided to visit a new amusement park in Metropolis. Meanwhile, Bruce felt increasingly hollow and sensed that someone important was missing from his life.
Bruce recognized Ririko at a charity exhibition and confessed that he still loved her, while she tried to keep her distance because of her power and secrets. After Bruce stopped her car in the rain and vowed to wait, Ririko embraced him and agreed to return to Wayne Manor with him.
Ririko rejected Oswald’s proposal and sought a way for him to give birth, obtaining a Cloning Gun from Hugo Strange. After Jerome followed her to his hideout, he found the gun in her bag and fired it at himself.
Ririko discovered that the Valeska twins had become two separate people after a cloning accident, with Jeremiah trying to eliminate Jerome and both fighting over her. The brothers agreed to compete for her affection, and Ririko was left trapped between them.
