Proadas was the seat of the Titans' Royal Court.
It was said that Ashumis, the Titan King, had used a million slaves and spent nearly a thousand years building the Titan capital there.
It was an enormous city built atop a mountain, and Mount Proadas was the name of that mountain.
Excluding the bitterly cold lands of the far north and south, Mount Proadas was the tallest, most imposing mountain on the Ferland Continent.
Even Paradise Mountain, home to Jiang You and the Winged People, paled beside it!
Among the million-strong army, an elderly chief of the Earth Bear People described to Jiang You the vast Titan city he had once seen.
"Proadas's main gate stands a full three hundred meters tall, and its walls rise five hundred meters."
"Those towering gates were built specifically for the Titan Giants!"
"Fortunately, there's also a small opening beside the gate, three meters high. That's the passage for enslaved subject races like ours."
"When we went to Proadas back then, we explored the enormous city. Just walking through it took us three days and three nights!"
"Every palace of the Titan Giants is enormous. Who knows how many people died building that city?"
"But the most awe-inspiring sight was the Titan King's mountain throne. The entire summit of Mount Proadas had been carved into a towering throne! The five-hundred-meter-tall Titan King sat upon it as though he were seated at the center of the world!"
He was truly a transcendent being who could stand shoulder to shoulder with the gods!
Had Ashumis, the Titan King, still been around, none of the continent's races under Titan rule would have dared entertain thoughts of rebellion!
Listening to the old Earth Bear's description, Jiang You felt a yearning for the Titan King's stature.
He yearned for his strength and the majesty with which he ruled the world!
Times had changed.
The Titans' strength remained terrifying.
Even with only a handful of Titans left, the Goblin King had needed to commit nearly his entire people's strength and ally with the races of half the Ferland Continent before he dared fight them.
The million-strong army slowly advanced toward Proadas.
Along the way, quite a few subject races under the Titan Giants tried to block them.
But they were merely ants trying to stop a chariot, unable to make even the slightest ripple.
During the march, Jiang You also led the Winged People's legion in killing large numbers of Eaglemen squads sent to scout their army.
Suppressed by the Winged People, the continent's once finest race of scouts found themselves struggling.
But the Thunder Titan seemed intent on fighting the Goblin alliance's army in a decisive battle at Proadas itself, so they encountered few enemies along the way!
Three months later.
When the million-strong army reached the outskirts of Proadas.
Jiang You finally laid eyes on what had once been the Titans' immense city.
It was different from what Jiang You had imagined.
The vast city of Proadas was now in a sorry state.
Half the walls built around the mountain had collapsed, and only a few Titan palaces within the city remained intact.
And Ashumis's mountain throne, once the center of the world, had vanished. In its place was a flat expanse of stone, as though something had sliced that entire section of the mountain peak clean off!
Jiang You glanced over the shattered walls and ruins, then looked away.
For war was about to erupt.
Ahead of the allied army of Goblins and the continent's other races stood the Titan Giants' own vast army, likewise nearly a million strong!
Trolls, Eaglemen, Snake People, Mud Monsters, Ogres, Naga, Half-Blood Giants, Cyclopes, Dryads, all manner of magic beasts, and hundreds of other races had long since gathered here under the Titans' orders to await the Goblin alliance's arrival.
More terrifying still.
Eight towering Titan Giants stood proudly amid the army like ancient giant gods, each radiating a powerful, domineering aura.
At their head was none other than Yateli, the Thunder Titan whom Jiang You had met once more than a hundred years ago-and had even fought for!
The opposing lineup was nothing short of magnificent. Had Jiang You not known that the Goblins and their allies would win this battle, he might have started considering how to die with a little dignity.
Within the Titan camp.
Facing the million-strong army of Goblins and their continental allies, the Thunder Titan stepped forward first and mocked them openly.
"Amigel, have you come to build me a grand city? These million slaves are splendid! You've saved me the trouble of conscripting them myself. Hahahahaha!"
Within the allied army of the continent's races.
The Goblin King likewise rode the Dwarf Wolf King out ahead of the ranks, facing the Thunder Titan Giant directly!
Beside Yateli, the Thunder Titan, he was like an ant before a mountain, making for a stark contrast.
Yet his back was straight as a pine, inspiring unwavering courage and resolve!
No wonder he could unite the continent's races, overthrow the Titans, and establish the Goblin Empire. He truly had what it took.
As expected of the Goblin hero of the Primordial Era. He and the Goblins of the fifth chapter might as well be two different races!
Jiang You thought to himself.
Before the army, Amigel paid no heed to the mockery. Instead, he raised his head and addressed Yateli, the Thunder Titan, his expression calm and resolute.
"Yateli, the Titans have fallen into decline. I shall be the one to end your glory. Once I defeat you, I will build a royal capital for the Goblins here in Proadas!"
"Your era is over!"
Before you continue
