Neph advanced as a Memory Collector, while Klein prepared to visit his family and the two converged in Bansy Harbor amid a supernatural crisis. Neph exposed Medici’s possession and Bishop Miller’s crimes, and Klein’s group left the harbor after reporting the deaths and anomalies.

• Neph drank the Memory Collector potion, relived memories of the people and events that shaped her, and realized her family mattered more to her than her treasured book.
• Neph sampled a lavish meal in Bansy Harbor to build her own memories and shared the experience with Klein, who remained conflicted about changing his family’s memories so he could visit them.
• Neph stayed in Bansy Harbor, searched Bishop Miller’s memories, and warned Pastor Jess not to trust him after posting a painting of a headless figure at the Church of Storms.
• As Bansy Harbor’s fog brought flying heads and other dangers, Neph led the Blanch family out of the Green Lemon Restaurant and joined Gehrman Sparrow and Danitz in fighting the creatures.
• At the church, Neph recognized the beautiful young woman as a high-ranking Demoness and used Ouroboros’s gift to rewind time after Medici, possessing a Demoness Demigod, called out to him.

• Elland sent a telegram reporting the deaths and anomalies after Pavo Court and Melanie refused to open the Telegraph Office, and Klein later brought Neph to Danitz’s first-class cabin to discuss hunting for prey.

Neph followed Tracy aboard the Black Death while searching for the clues to her advancement ritual, and Klein helped plan how to approach the pirate captain. The investigation drew in Medici, Ouroboros, and Cattleya, while Klein dealt with threats and a fraudster misusing the Fool’s name.

• Neph left Bansy Harbor with Klein and Danitz, joined the Tarot Club as Mr. Moon, and revealed that she knew the history of the Kings of Angels and the True Gods.
• After reaching Bayam, Neph tracked Danitz to Steel Maveti, killed Maveti, and enlisted Danitz’s help in gathering information about Tracy.
• Neph followed Tracy aboard the Black Death, found Helene imprisoned there, and learned that her advancement ritual was at sea and connected to Tracy.
• Neph studied Tracy’s memories and discovered her painful childhood, her meeting with Katarina Pelle, and her path into the Demoness Sect, but found no clue to her ritual.
• Neph divined Tracy’s death and saw her walking through a white labyrinth of memories, then learned that Tracy had experienced a similar dream and that Katarina planned to visit her.

Neph escaped the Black Death with Helene, helped Klein kill Tracy, and advanced through the Memory Corridor to become an Eternal Winter Priest. She revealed Roselle’s fate to Bernadette and supported Klein’s advancement, as he returned to Backlund before leaving for Bayam and pursuing Kircheis.

• Neph and Azik helped Helene escape the Black Death, and Neph later altered Tracy’s memories so Klein could impersonate Helene and kill her with Neph’s help.
• Klein and Neph sailed into the Fog Sea, where Neph followed a dream to the Memory Corridor, restored Klein’s memories, and sacrificed Mi Ai to advance to Eternal Winter Priest.
• Neph and Klein traveled to Emerald City, where Neph showed Bernadette Roselle’s diary memories and explained that Roselle had been corrupted but might still be saved.
• Neph gave Bernadette clues to finding Roselle’s final mausoleum, then told Klein he would need anchors to withstand divinity’s corruption as a Demigod.
• Klein returned to Backlund and reunited with Benson and Melissa while Neph left the Tarot Club, and she later advised Klein on his advancement and warned him about Ince Zangwill and Sealed Artifact 0-08.

In Backlund, she investigated deaths at a garment factory, helped Klein and his associates, and confronted the burden of prophecies as she prepared for a dangerous plan.

• Neph arranged to buy Death’s Key from Edwina, paid five thousand pounds, and told her the key could open a gate in the Giant King’s Court.
• Neph gave Frank a Druid Beyonder characteristic, helped him develop useful mushrooms, and sent a batch to Klein before traveling toward the War of the Gods Ruins.
• Neph summoned Ouroboros, received a Beastskin Lantern, and met Colin Iliad’s team in Afternoon Town as the Lord’s Oracle.
