Li Shunchen joined Tokyo Jujutsu High, developed Phantom Parade, and accompanied Satoru Gojo and Suguru Geto to protect Riko Amanai. After rescuing Riko and Misato Kuroi from Q and the Time Vessel Association, the group remained in Okinawa while Gojo kept Limitless active and Shunchen warned him that exhaustion could leave him vulnerable.

• Li Shunchen escaped the Blade-Eater, discovered the Zenin Clan had used his parents as expendable workers, and endured Naoya Zenin’s abuse while plotting revenge.
• After dying in a simulation with Suguru Geto, Li Shunchen inherited Phantom Parade, killed the Grade 2 Cursed Spirit with Asagirimaru, and joined Tokyo Jujutsu High as a student.
• Li Shunchen studied the techniques of Satoru Gojo, Suguru Geto, Shoko Ieiri, and Masamichi Yaga, learning to reproduce Reverse Cursed Technique and temporarily control weak cursed spirits.
• Masamichi Yaga assigned Li Shunchen to accompany Gojo and Geto on the mission to protect the Star Plasma Vessel, Riko Amanai, from Q and the Time Vessel Association.
• Li Shunchen helped defeat Q members Kekun and Baier, treated Riko Amanai and the maid, and extracted Kekun’s Directional Blast Boundary before Riko woke and accused him of attacking her.
• After Riko insisted on going to school, Li Shunchen and the others followed her wishes, and he defeated an elderly curse user who attacked them with shikigami.
• When the Time Vessel Association kidnapped Misato Kuroi, Li Shunchen and the others rescued her in Okinawa, where Gojo delayed their return so Riko could sightsee.
• Li Shunchen warned Gojo that keeping Limitless active without sleep could endanger him during a likely final attack, but Gojo said he was the strongest and could rely on Li Shunchen and Geto.

Li Shunchen tried to protect Riko Amanai and those around him while preparing for Toji Fushiguro, but Riko died and Suguru Geto later turned against non-sorcerers. The arc ended with Geto designated for execution and Shunchen recovering from his failed attempt to stop him.

• Toji Fushiguro killed Li Shunchen in the simulation, prompting Shunchen to study his techniques and prepare for another encounter.
• Li Shunchen demonstrated Phantom Parade, copied techniques, healed Masamichi Yaga, and built Wukong as a combat tool.
• Li Shunchen investigated Toji Fushiguro and joined Satoru Gojo and Suguru Geto on missions, including the escort of Riko Amanai.
• Toji Fushiguro killed Riko Amanai, but Li Shunchen helped Satoru Gojo revive and defeat him.

Li Shunchen took Megumi Fushiguro under his care and fought the Zenin Clan to bring him home, then built a life teaching and helping other sorcerers. By 2017, Satoru Gojo asked Shunchen to meet Yuta Okkotsu after a curse tied to the boy injured four classmates.

• Satoru Gojo confronted Suguru Geto but could not bring himself to kill him, while Li Shunchen struggled with guilt and abandoned an attempt to imitate Geto’s destructive path.
• Satoru Gojo entrusted Megumi Fushiguro to Li Shunchen, who moved Megumi and Tsumiki to a safer home and began teaching Megumi about the Ten Shadows Technique.
• After Naoya Zenin took Megumi to the Zenin estate, Li Shunchen fought the clan to rescue him, and Naobito Zenin later agreed to reconsider Megumi’s place in the clan after Li prepared him to lead.
• Li Shunchen helped Masamichi Yaga stabilize Panda as a three-core cursed corpse, then graduated with Satoru Gojo and Shoko Ieiri while agreeing to trust Gojo’s plan to reform Jujutsu Society.
• Li Shunchen helped Atsuya Kusakabe create a cursed corpse imitation of his dead nephew, and Kusakabe’s sister began recovering as she cared for the child during visits.
• Yu Haibara and Kento Nanami left Jujutsu Society, while Li Shunchen kept Nanami’s Cleaver until Nanami returned to Jujutsu High in 2014.
• In 2016, Maki Zenin asked Li Shunchen to train her, and he later evaluated Kinji Hakari and Kirara Hoshi as they joined Jujutsu High.

Li Shunchen killed Suguru Geto’s curse-user allies and saw the real Geto die, then uncovered a body-stealing impostor and prepared for future threats. After rebuilding his strength and training Gojo and Geto, he killed Toji Fushiguro and took his identity to investigate the Time Vessel Association.

• Li Shunchen killed Larue after Suguru Geto confirmed his followers had murdered ordinary people, then fought Geto and helped repel the Night Parade.
• Li Shunchen killed Miguel and Manami Suda in Shinjuku while Satoru Gojo went to Jujutsu High, where Gojo defeated Suguru Geto with Hollow Technique: Purple.
• After the battle, Li Shunchen killed Geto’s remaining curse-user family members and confronted Yuta Okkotsu about having cursed Rika and causing the casualties.
• A stitched impostor took control of Suguru Geto’s body, defeated Li Shunchen with Domain Expansion: Womb Profusion, and left him presumed dead.
• Li Shunchen returned with greater cursed energy, summoned Divine Dogs, and demonstrated copied techniques to Satoru Gojo and Suguru Geto while helping them improve their abilities.
• Masamichi Yaga ordered Li Shunchen to rest after discovering his work on a cursed corpse core designed to create an independent soul.
