Feng Hongyi was the queen of the Wolf Bandits. After eating Transformation Grass and assuming human form, she began traveling the continent. By her first encounter with the Tang brothers, she had traveled alone for nearly half a year. She knew relatively little about human factions and was more interested in human cuisine 154 177 178.

She met Tang Hao and Tang Xiao while they were fighting three Fallen Soul Masters responsible for slaughtering a village. After breaking the enemies’ martial soul fusion and killing all three, she introduced herself and offered to treat the brothers’ injuries. They accepted her invitation to travel together, ending her solitary journey 154.

Relationship with Tang Xiao

During several years of shared travels and battles against Fallen Soul Masters, Feng Hongyi fell in love with Tang Xiao. Tang Hao also developed feelings for her, but she treated him as a younger brother rather than a romantic partner 167.

Under the drug’s influence, she mistook Tang Hao for Tang Xiao, and Tang Hao carried out his plan to have sex with her 168.

Feng Hongyi awoke two days later, horrified to find herself beside Tang Hao. Unaware of the drugging, she believed the encounter had resulted from drunken misconduct. Pregnancy and Return to the Forest

During the return journey through Fasinuo Province, Feng Hongyi began showing symptoms of pregnancy. Tang Xiao realized that the child was not his and confronted both her and Tang Hao. Although he correctly suspected Tang Hao of arranging the incident, Tang Hao denied responsibility for the scheme 174.

Distressed by the brothers’ argument, Feng Hongyi declared that she would return to her forest while they returned to their sect. Tang Xiao eventually departed alone. Tang Hao followed her, but she rejected his offer to take responsibility and insisted that she could raise the child herself 174 175.

Back in the Wolf Bandits Forest, she initially considered ending the pregnancy. As the child grew, she became unwilling to do so and began anticipating his birth as the future emperor of the wolf clan 177.

Spirit Hall’s Hunt and Sacrifice

Rakshasa Divine Sense revealed Feng Hongyi’s transformed Soul Beast identity to Qian Lingyun. After becoming Supreme Pontiff, Qian Lingyun ordered her captured alive, ultimately assigning Qian Xunji to lead the hunt with Yue Guan and Gui Mei accompanying him 175.

Yue Guan and Gui Mei attacked the Wolf Bandits Forest, killing thousands of her subjects. The Wolf Bandit High Priest ordered an evacuation and fought to protect her. Lang Yi, Lang Er, and other wolf elites escorted her toward the Star Dou Great Forest, while Tang Hao interrupted the pursuers’ attempt to use their Two Extremes Stillness Domain 177 178.

The pursuit continued, and Tang Hao pulled her out of a lethal attack that killed several escorts. Feng Hongyi subsequently attempted to fight with her Martial Soul Avatar and eighth soul skill, but Gui Mei struck her down. Her reaction speed prevented the blow from killing her unborn child 178 179.

With Tang Hao gravely wounded and the remaining wolf defenders dead, she initiated Soul Sacrifice. She warned Tang Hao that she would destroy his martial soul if he failed to protect her child. Her sacrifice repelled the two Titled Douluos, restored Tang Hao’s missing arm, and raised him to rank 82 179.

Her body dissolved into a hundred-thousand-year soul ring. The torso soul bone produced by her sacrifice instead became red mist and entered the light containing her seven-month-old unborn child. The child emerged alive and was taken into Tang Hao’s care 179.
