Background and History

Transmigration and Early Adventures

Luo Yang came from a reasonably well-off family on Blue-White Star. He spent much of his allowance collecting figurines and merchandise; on one occasion, he exhausted his monthly allowance and lived on instant noodles and his roommates’ meal cards for the remaining twenty-nine days 5.

While dusting his collection, he picked up a 1/6-scale Tushan Rongrong figurine and lost consciousness. He awoke deep in the Magical Beast Mountain Range, where the figurine came alive and killed the magical beasts pursuing him. He later discovered that his consciousness could return to his collection room and that he could activate other figures through the Power of Cause and Effect 1.

During his early travels, he befriended the Calamity Poison Girl, helped quell a rebellion in Qingshan Town, saved an injured female Dou Emperor, and participated in a battle against the Amethyst Winged Lion King. He also obtained more than a million gold coins from a legacy cave, later giving the Seven-Colored Poison Scripture and Purple Cloud Wings to Xiao Yi Xian 1 4 5.

Recruiting Allies and Securing Opportunities

In Mo City, Luo Yang and Rongrong sought out Hai Bodong. Rongrong offered to remove Medusa’s seal in exchange for his assistance at the Snake-People Tribe and support from him and the Mittel Family if their group came into conflict with the Misty Cloud Sect or Jia Ma Imperial Family. Hai Bodong accepted 1 2.

Obtaining Hai Bodong’s Purifying Demonic Lotus Flame map fragment gave Luo Yang two of the four fragments. Together with the causality gained from recruiting Hai Bodong, this provided enough power to activate a figurine equivalent to at least a Three-Star Dou Zong 4.

The group then traveled to Stone Desert City to find Qing Lin. Luo Yang brought her into his party before Xiao Yan arrived, monitored Xiao Yan’s movements, and departed before him to preserve their advantage in the search for desert opportunities 6 9 14.

Underground, Luo Yang subdued the Two-Headed Fire Spirit Snake in Tiga form. He subsequently followed it into the magma and recovered the Green Lotus Base, eleven Earth Fire Lotus Seeds, and Medusa’s Seven-Colored Snake Scale. He deliberately left the lotus’s root stem intact rather than stripping the site completely 16 17.

Alliance and Marriage with Medusa

After defeating and capturing Yue Mei at an oasis, Luo Yang traveled with her to the Snake-People Holy City. He proposed marriage to Medusa and offered to help her become a Dou Zong. When the negotiations became hostile, he threatened to offer the same advantage to the Jia Ma Empire and demonstrated his giant Tiga transformation 23 24 27 30 31.

His apparent Zeperion Ray attack was a bluff: despite its intimidating appearance, it lacked enough power to kill Medusa. After the marriage arrangements were settled, he used the Power of Cause and Effect on a plastic snake, enabling her evolution into a Seven-Colored Heaven Swallowing Python and advancement to Dou Zong 32 33.

During the wedding, Gu He’s party arrived seeking Medusa. Luo Yang intervened when Medusa and Yun Yun were about to fight, revealing himself to Yun Yun as the young man she had known in the Magical Beast Mountain Range. He then made Yun Yun a second bride, marrying both women that day 39 41 42 44.

Preparations for the Jia Ma Empire

After the wedding, Luo Yang planned to travel to the Jia Ma Empire with Qing Lin and Hai Bodong. Rongrong gave him a seed containing her clone, and he arranged for Black Donkey A Zhu to protect Yue Ti Xia while she continued restoring the desert 46 47.

In Salt City, Mo Cheng attempted to seize Qing Lin’s Triple Jade-Green Snake Flower Pupils. Luo Yang revealed his disguise in Mo Cheng’s secret chamber, killed him with the Sparklence, and transformed into giant Tiga. His beam split Salt City and reduced the Mo Clan compound to ruins 49.

Personality

Luo Yang is flamboyant, greedy, lustful, overbearing, and exceptionally vindictive. His enthusiasm for fictional heroes frequently appears as dramatic poses, transformation speeches, and insistence on accompanying music. He remains openly delighted by the opportunities his transmigration has given him 1 12 26 31 46.

His confidence rests heavily on Rongrong’s protection and judgment. Although capable of recognizing risks and devising plans, he often prefers to leave difficult decisions to her. Rongrong repeatedly warns him that this dependence will hinder his ability to travel independently 10 11 12.

With Rongrong, he is affectionate and childlike, seeking reassurance, bedtime stories, and lullabies—even on the night before his wedding. He understands that her loyalty does not mean romantic love and recognizes that she initially regards him as a younger brother 5 37.

His treatment of enemies can be cruel and humiliating. He harasses Yue Mei after overpowering her and publicly humiliates the defeated Gu He.
