Their violence is indiscriminate when ordered: the legion exterminates Storm City without survivors. Outside battle, they can remain silent and composed. After recovering Human God Realm strength, they show no outward celebration and simply resume guarding or meditating 8 32.

History

Summoning and Nine Nether’s Founding

After the Jun Clan’s destruction, Jun Wudao uses the unsealing opportunity from his beginner’s gift pack to open the system’s first seal. A blood-red gateway appears, and one million Asuras emerge and kneel before him 2.

Jun Wudao subsequently establishes Nine Nether and declares the Asuras his disciples. On his orders, they bury the Jun Clan’s dead, transforming the ruined grounds into a graveyard within two hours. They then depart with him aboard the Nine Nether Rebirth Boat 3.

Storm City Massacre

Jun Wudao sends the entire legion into Storm City as retaliation for Su Fan’s destruction of the Jun Clan. One Asura kills Su Changqing, Zhao Wuyan, and Liu Shan before attacking the Zhao and Liu lineage members 7 8.

Within a quarter of an hour, the legion exterminates the city without survivors. After Jun Wudao absorbs the energy produced by the destruction, the Asuras return to the boat and leave with him 8.

Campaign Against the Star Divine Sect

Jun Wudao initially intends to fight the Star Divine Sect himself, retaining the Asuras as a reserve force. The legion accompanies his campaign, and its bloodstained members are present amid Falling Cloud Main City’s destruction before departure for the sect 10 16.

During his battle with Feng Jue, Jun Wudao considers deploying the million Asuras if his own strength proves insufficient. He ultimately kills Feng Jue himself 29 30.

Heavenly Moon Commandery City

Jun Wudao enters Heavenly Moon Commandery City with two Asuras. Their arrival exposes a practical problem: none of the three has spirit stones or divine crystals to pay for lodging 36.

The attendants subsequently undertake surveillance and investigate the city’s military strength. At Fu Guiming’s home, an Asura protects Jun Wudao from Mu Yunxi, who mistakenly believes they have come to capture her and her son.
