Shinsei and Team 7 pursued the captured Killer B to the Land of Demons, where Danzo used reanimated Konoha shinobi to fight them. The group sealed Hiruzen, Might Duy, and Shisui, while Sasuke confronted Danzo over the Uchiha massacre and continued their battle.

• Shinsei joined Kakashi, Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura on a mission to find Killer B, then learned from Darui and Samui that Hiruzen Sarutobi and a young Konoha man had been among the attackers.
• The team traveled to the Land of Demons, where Shion revealed that the demon Moryo had allied with outsiders, and Shinjō fought off an attack by Kusuna, Banna, Shizuku, and Setsuna.
• Shinjō and Shisui secretly planned to use Dragon Vein chakra to break Danzo’s control, but Danzo revealed that he had rewritten Shisui’s will and set Hiruzen and Might Duy against Shinjō.
• Shinjō brought his allies to the battlefield, where they raised the Four Violet Flames Formation and divided their fights among Danzo, Hiruzen, Shisui, and Might Duy.
• Shinjō redirected Might Duy’s Night Guy away from the barrier, then sealed him in a storage scroll after Naruto shielded him from the attack.
• Shinjō and Kakashi sealed Hiruzen, while Sasuke and Shinjō attacked Danzo and Kakashi sealed Shisui after Shinsei restrained him.
• Sasuke confronted Danzo over the Uchiha massacre, and Danzo blamed the Second Hokage’s prejudice as he repeatedly revived and launched Wind Release: Great Vacuum Sphere.

After sealing Moryo, Shinsei mourned his grandfather, awakened his Mangekyō Sharingan, and began pursuing a new path to power while Konoha prepared for war against Madara Uchiha. The fighting at Amegakure ended with Shinsei taking the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path to Konoha, disrupting Madara’s plan as the Ten-Tails threatened to emerge.

• Shinsei and his allies sealed Moryo, completed the rescue mission, and returned to Konoha, where Shinsei learned his grandfather was dying and then mourned his peaceful death.
• Shinsei awakened his blue Mangekyō Sharingan, discovered that Yomi-tsu could rewind his body, and began developing a lightning-based neural network to pursue a new path to supreme power.
• After Sasuke reported Uchiha Chiri’s appearance, Shinsei and Sasuke warned Tsunade that Madara’s forces could travel through space-time, prompting Konoha to declare war readiness.
• Tsunade led Shinsei, Sasuke, Naruto, and the former Hokage toward Amegakure, where Hinata located Madara’s group and Hashirama raised the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path.
• Hidan fought Madara Uchiha, opened the Gate of Death, and shattered Madara’s Susanoo with Evening Elephant before Shinsei restored him with Yomi-tsu.
• Shinsei used Xiaobai’s spatial traversal to take the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path to Konoha, where Mito Uzumaki sealed it after sensing all nine Tailed Beast chakras inside.
• Madara watched the statue disappear and laughed as his plan failed, while Shinsei returned to the others after warning Mito to seal Black Zetsu if he appeared.

Shinsei strengthened Konoha, reshaped the Ten-Tails’ memories, and negotiated with Otsutsuki Kaguya to free her from the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path. He brought her to another world, where Hagoromo Otsutsuki confronted them and prepared to seal her again.

• Madara Uchiha rejected Hashirama Senju’s plea, but Shinsei persuaded Madara to honor their pact and end the battle.
• Shinsei became a team leader for Konohamaru, Moegi, Udon, and Hanabi Hyuga while developing new techniques and Thunder God Mode.
• Shinsei and Sasuke Uchiha used Kamimusubi and Little Nine’s memories to reshape the Ten-Tails’ will, then Shinsei uncovered Otsutsuki Kaguya’s presence within it.
• Shinsei entered the Ten-Tails’ memories with the mental network’s support and learned how Kaguya gained the God Tree’s power, fought Hagoromo Otsutsuki and Hamura Otsutsuki, and was sealed in the moon.
• Shinsei persuaded Kaguya to wait before escaping and received her knowledge of Yin-Yang Release and Kekkei Mōra.
• Uchiha Itachi stole some Dragon Vein energy from Ryūchi Cave, and Shinsei used it to reach Kaguya and help her leave the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path.
• Shinsei took Kaguya to a Warring States-era forest village in another world, where Hagoromo Otsutsuki warned that her arrival threatened the unprepared world.
• Kaguya said she would not turn humanity into White Zetsu again and would reclaim her chakra to face the Ōtsutsuki Clan, so Hagoromo decided to seal her away again.

Shinsei secured Little Ten and traveled with Hinata to another Shinobi World, where he fought Madara Uchiha until Madara died of old age. Back in Konoha, Shinsei prepared to succeed Tsunade and intervened when his students failed to defeat wandering ninja on a village protection mission.

• Shinsei erased the Ten-Tails’ remaining memories, transformed it into Little Ten, and secured it with a seal and supervision at Konoha Hospital.
• Tsunade gave Shinsei six months to take over as Hokage, while Shinsei arranged to expand the mental network with the Yamanaka Clan.
• Shinsei took Hinata to another Shinobi World, discussed a stronger seal with Mito Uzumaki, and accepted Konan as his little sister.
• Shinsei explained the Tenseigan to Hinata, and Hinata located Madara Uchiha’s underground hiding place with her Byakugan.
• Shinsei fought Madara Uchiha with Palm Thunder and Three Heads and Six Arms as Madara refused to reveal the Rinnegan’s location.
• Hinata struck the approaching Black Zetsu, Shinsei severed and sealed his arm, and Madara Uchiha died of old age near the end of the battle.
• Tsunade announced Shinsei’s succession, and Shinsei accepted a village’s plea for help while planning to expand Konoha’s authority until it replaced the daimyo.
• Shinsei sent his students against the village’s attackers, then stopped the middle-aged woman’s broadsword and declared that his students had failed the mission.
