As Takamagahara fractured, Shinsei and Kaguya built a life away from the God Tree while Madara gathered divine powers and grew close to Kushinadahime. The God Tree was destroyed, Shinsei’s path home was severed, and both Kaguya and Kushinadahime were revealed to be pregnant.

• Kukurihime-no-Kami witnessed Amenominaka’s memories of Isshiki’s victory, while Amaterasu abandoned her role as Takamagahara’s chief deity and its gods scattered.
• Shinsei killed Ninigi-no-Mikoto, then withdrew with Kaguya as Omoikane-no-Kami manipulated Tsukuyomi-no-Mikoto into becoming his servant.
• Kaguya raised a moon, and Shinsei and Kaguya settled beside a river, where Konohanasakuya-hime briefly sought shelter before leaving after Shinsei suppressed her curse.
• Madara defeated gods who attacked him, then appointed Kushinadahime to lead the survivors and helped her cultivate their land.
• Toyouke-no-Kami and Ōtoshi-no-Kami poisoned Kushinadahime, but Madara killed the Plague God and carried her to Shinsei for treatment.
• Shinsei extracted the toxin from Kushinadahime and revived her, while Kaguya told him that the God Tree had been destroyed.
• Shinsei discovered that shattered spacetime energy had cut off his route home, and he learned that Kaguya was pregnant with twins likely carrying his bloodline.
• Madara took the recovering Kushinadahime to a town, where a physician told him she was pregnant.

Shinsei and Kaguya settled in Shikkotsu Forest, where she gave birth to Hagoromo and Hamura, while Omoikane and Kushinadahime seized the powers of Takamagahara’s gods. After Shinsei faced Kinshiki and Urashiki, Kushinadahime showed him a vision of his family’s deaths and urged him to help stop the Ōtsutsuki.

• The Katsuyu Sage helped Shinsei absorb Takemikazuchi-no-Kami’s lightning ability, and Shinsei and Kaguya made their home in Shikkotsu Forest as her pregnancy advanced.
• Amaterasu learned that Omoikane had become Kushinadahime to bear Madara’s children and obtain their eyes, while Madara searched for Kushinadahime and found her with their newborn twins.
• Kushinadahime took her daughter’s eyes and killed Sukuna Hikona no Mikoto, then fled with her son after an invisible attacker struck her, leaving Madara with their daughter.
• Kushinadahime defeated Amaterasu’s resistance with Tsukuyomi but failed to overcome her will, while Omoikane killed Kukurihime and gained the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan.
• Kaguya gave birth to Hagoromo Senju and Hamura Senju, and Shinsei asked her to return with him to his own space-time.
• Kinshiki and Urashiki arrived to search for Kaguya, while Shinsei left to confront them and Madara set out toward Ryūchi Cave with Gen Uchiha and Izumiya.
• Omoikane defeated Amaterasu, accepted Takamagahara’s power, and declared herself its new lord, while Shinsei escaped Kinshiki and Urashiki after realizing he needed Madara’s help.
• Kushinadahime showed Shinsei a vision of Kaguya and the twins dead, identified Ōtsutsuki Isshiki as the greater threat, and said Madara would come to them.
