With railways completed and the other villages cooperating, Yuzuru and Tsunade discussed naming the new state the Earth Federation and tightening controls before releasing the reanimated Hokage.

• Madara Uchiha attacked Iwagakure with two meteors while Hashirama Senju and Tobirama Senju fought their way through Cloud Ninja on the road to Kumogakure.
