• Artoria told Irisviel that Caster had taken the Lesser Grail, Kiritsugu had died in the castle explosion, and their contract had broken.

Artoria defeated Diarmuid after a prolonged highway battle, overcoming his shifting weapons and Command Spell enhancement. She then headed toward the Tohsaka Residence with Irisviel to face Caster, Cherub.

• Artoria fought Diarmuid’s twin swords and spears, taking wounds from Yellow Rose of Mortality that would not heal.
• Diarmuid used Kayneth’s second Command Spell to strengthen himself and pressured Artoria with rapid weapon changes.
• As the Command Spell’s enhancement faded, Artoria knocked away Diarmuid’s yellow shortsword and broke his red longsword.
• Artoria pierced Diarmuid’s throat with Excalibur, causing him to dissolve as the fifth Servant to exit the Holy Grail War.

Mayuri led Artoria away from Fuyuki City to keep their battle from harming residents, then unleashed an overwhelming Sword of Blazing Flame. Artoria began Excalibur’s Thirteen Restraints to meet the attack, but only three of the first six seals were released.

• Mayuri revealed herself to Artoria and proposed fighting outside the city, then flew east while Artoria carried Irisviel after her.
• Artoria and Irisviel reached a remote area east of Fuyuki, where Irisviel waited behind a rock as Artoria faced Mayuri.
• Mayuri transformed the Thunder Sanctuary into the Sword of Blazing Flame and charged an attack three times stronger than the one that had destroyed Gilgamesh.
• Artoria judged that a normal release of Excalibur could not stop the attack and began the Thirteen Restraints: Round Table Decision.

Artoria and Mayuri's Sword of Blazing Flame clashed in a battle of overwhelming power, and Mayuri's attack eventually overcame Excalibur. Artoria used her remaining strength to activate Avalon and protect Irisviel before she was eliminated from the Holy Grail War.

Zouken Matou infiltrated the Tohsaka Residence and severed Tokiomi Tohsaka’s hand, apparently stripping him of the Command Spells needed to summon Caster. Tokiomi revealed that he still had a reserve Command Spell hidden on his left arm.

• Zouken Matou used Crest Worms to enter the Tohsaka Residence undetected and assemble a body in Tokiomi Tohsaka’s study.
• Zouken explained that his core worm had survived inside Sakura Matou and that he had waited for the Holy Grail War’s battles to end.
• Zouken’s attack-type Crest Worms severed Tokiomi’s right hand, taking the two Command Spells on it.
• Zouken revealed that the body Saber destroyed had been only a shell made of bugs and said Tokiomi could no longer summon Caster normally.
• Tokiomi moved his left sleeve and showed Zouken a reserve Command Spell hidden on his upper arm.

Mayuri killed Zouken Matou, spared Tokiomi Tohsaka, and entered the Lesser Grail to pursue her own wish. Inside the Greater Grail, a woman resembling Justeaze asked her to state it.

• Mayuri answered Tokiomi Tohsaka's Command Spell by teleporting into the study and purifying Zouken Matou with holy lightning.
• Mayuri knocked Tokiomi Tohsaka unconscious, treated his severed wrist, and left his hand beside him so he could reattach it.
• Mayuri saw that the Lesser Grail had absorbed six Servant souls and transformed into a golden cup as the Greater Grail ritual began.
• Mayuri touched the cup and was transported into the white space inside the Greater Grail, where she knew Angra Mainyu remained.
• A white-haired, red-eyed woman resembling Justeaze addressed Mayuri as the victor of the Holy Grail War and asked her to state her wish.

Mayuri wished for a real body, and the Holy Grail transformed her into a living person at the cost of most of its stored magical energy. The corrupted Grail then released Angra Mainyu's black mud over the Tohsaka Residence, and Mayuri flew out to stop it from spreading.

• Mayuri asked the Holy Grail for a real body so she could live as a normal person, and it granted her wish.
• The Holy Grail used more than half its stored magical energy to replace Mayuri's Servant body with flesh and blood, fulfilling her wish and breaking her contract with Tokiomi Tohsaka.
• Mayuri left the shattered white space and realized the Holy Grail War was over as the Grail's remaining energy began producing Angra Mainyu's black mud.

Mayuri destroyed the Holy Grail to close the rift and then burned away the black mud engulfing the Tohsaka Residence. She rescued Tokiomi Tohsaka and Sakura Matou, and the chapter ended with Kayneth El-Melloi Archibald arriving as Mayuri declared the Holy Grail War over.

• Mayuri used the Thunder Sanctuary to destroy the Holy Grail, closing the rift and stopping the black mud from pouring out.
• Mayuri found Tokiomi Tohsaka and Sakura Matou alive beneath the black mud and carried them to safety.
• Mayuri incinerated the remaining black mud with a lightning sphere, destroying the Tohsaka Residence and leaving a huge crater.

After the Holy Grail War ended, Kayneth and Mayuri arranged to conceal the supernatural events and looked after Tokiomi Tohsaka and Sakura Matou. Tokiomi woke to find his residence destroyed and his wish unfulfilled, but his family’s Magic Crest intact, and he joined Kayneth in coordinating the cleanup with the Church.

• Kayneth learned from Mayuri that she had destroyed the Holy Grail, collected the Servants’ souls, cleared away the Black Mud, and gained a real body through her wish.
• Kayneth used Volumen Hydrargyrum to blur nearby witnesses’ memories, while Mayuri agreed to contact Risei Kotomine about witnesses farther away and a cover story.
• Kayneth moved Tokiomi Tohsaka and Sakura Matou into an evacuated house and treated Tokiomi’s severed wrist.

As Fuyuki’s aftermath was managed, Tokiomi discovered Sakura’s magical abilities had greatly improved and offered Mayuri a place to stay; dawn broke over the recovering city.

• Tokiomi Tohsaka and Kayneth arranged the public cover story and reported the war’s end while Tokiomi handled repairs and relocation in Fuyuki City.
• Sakura Matou woke, recognized Tokiomi and Mayuri, and remembered nothing after her adoption into the Matou Family; Tokiomi reassured her that he still wanted her.

• Cú Chulainn defeated Cursed Arm Hassan and Benkei, while Medusa withdrew into the ruins.
• Cú Chulainn agreed to work with Ritsuka Fujimaru and Olga Marie to end the twisted Holy Grail War and repair the Singularity.

Medusa unleashed a horde of powerful phantasmal beasts and ordered them to hunt Ritsuka Fujimaru and her companions without killing them. As the group fled, the Caucasian Eagle repeatedly attacked Mash while the Nemean Golden Lion and Lernaean Hydra closed in.

• Medusa revealed Cerberus, the Caucasian Eagle, the Nemean Golden Lion, the Lernaean Hydra, and other phantasmal beasts among the ruins.
• Olga Marie ordered Ritsuka Fujimaru, Mash, and Cú Chulainn to retreat, and Cú Chulainn's runes failed to damage Cerberus.
• Medusa directed the beasts to chase the fleeing group without killing them, and the Caucasian Eagle struck Mash with its talons.

Olga Marie led Ritsuka Fujimaru, Mash, and Cú Chulainn into the forest outside Fuyuki City to escape Medusa and her demonic beasts. Medusa withdrew when she sensed Heracles’s presence in the forest, leaving the group safe for now as Cú Chulainn explained the beasts and the threat within.

• Olga Marie directed the group northeast toward the forest while Cú Chulainn slowed their pursuers with runes and Mash blocked the Caucasian Eagle’s attacks.
• The group reached the forest, where the trees hindered the Caucasian Eagle, Nemean Golden Lion, and Hydra, though Cerberus continued after them.
• Medusa sensed Heracles’s presence deeper in the forest and retreated with her demonic beasts rather than enter his territory.
• Cú Chulainn confirmed that the group was safe for now and identified the demonic beasts as creatures connected to Medusa’s bloodline.
• Cú Chulainn told the group that Heracles’s presence was why Medusa had stopped chasing them.

Heracles led Ritsuka Fujimaru and the others through the forest and asked them to save his gravely wounded Master, Illya. He planned to merge his Spirit Origin with hers using Chaldea’s summoning system, and the group arrived at Einzbern Castle where she was being kept alive.

• Cú Chulainn sensed a presence in the forest, and Heracles appeared before the group.
• Heracles asked Ritsuka Fujimaru and the others to help save his wounded Master.
• Heracles explained that the Holy Grail War had collapsed, and that he had used the Golden Apple of the Hesperides to keep Illya alive.
• Heracles said he had defeated the blackened Saber at Mount Enzou but left the Holy Grail because it could not grant wishes.
• Heracles revealed he wanted to merge his Spirit Origin with Illya through Chaldea’s system so God Hand could resurrect and heal her.

Heracles warned Olga Marie that the Counter Force had preserved the Singularity for a reason and helped Chaldea transfer his Spirit Origin into his dying Master, Illyasviel von Einzbern. After Heracles disappeared, Illya awakened.

• Heracles told Olga Marie that the Counter Force had deliberately preserved the Singularity and urged Chaldea to resolve the other Singularities first.
• Heracles warned that the Servant guarding the Holy Grail was too powerful for Mash as she was and revealed that Illyasviel von Einzbern was his Master, kept alive by a Golden Apple.

At Mount Enzou, Medusa’s army of magical beasts approached the Great Hollow, where Mayuri sent the Leviathan to meet them; it swallowed the Nemean Lion and gained its ability to negate weapons made by human civilization.

• Illya asked where Berserker was, learned he lived inside her, and decided to join the party with Olga Marie’s approval.
• Shirou Emiya spotted Medusa leading a large force of magical beasts toward Mount Enzou and reported their approach to Mayuri.
• Mayuri refused to intercept Medusa herself and summoned the Leviathan, ordering it to eat every beast.

Leviathan devoured Medusa and her magical beasts, including the Caucasian Eagle and the Holy Grail, then transformed into a dark purple, fluorescent green-armored form with wings, three jaws, and three tails. After shaking Fuyuki City with its howl, it returned to its pit, where Mayuri briefly noticed its new appearance and went back to sleep.

• Leviathan defeated and devoured Hydra and Cerberus, then ate the fleeing magical beasts on the ground.
• Leviathan leaped into the air, burned through the Caucasian Eagle’s wing with a beam, and swallowed it, gaining wings.
• Leviathan flew after Medusa and swallowed her along with the Holy Grail in her Spirit Origin.
