Ritsuka Fujimaru and the Chaldea group reached the crater at Mount Enzou after Medusa’s battle ended and found Shirou Emiya guarding the approach. They met Mayuri, whose evolved power overwhelmed them, but she calmly told them to go back.

• A huge clash of magical energy ended with Medusa’s Spirit Origin disappearing, and Olga Marie led the group onward toward Mount Enzou.
• The group found the battlefield devastated and learned that the guardian’s Spirit Origin had grown stronger and changed.
• Shirou Emiya fired two Broken Phantasms at Mash, then let the group pass after looking at Illya.
• The group descended into the crater and found the Holy Grail beside a crude shelter filled with empty cans and a scorched mattress.
• Mayuri emerged from the shelter, radiating an oppressive presence, recognized Ritsuka Fujimaru, and told the group to go back.

Ritsuka Fujimaru and her companions met Mayuri, who revealed her name before Goetia appeared and identified her as Leviathan. Mayuri summoned her evolved, enormous Leviathan form to fight Goetia as Chaldea withdrew, and Goetia realized his attacks could not harm the beast.

• Ritsuka Fujimaru asked the Servant her name, and Mayuri introduced herself while warning Chaldea to leave the Holy Grail alone.
• Goetia appeared above the crater, identified Mayuri as Leviathan, and declared he would deal with the Singularity himself.
• Olga Marie ordered the group to retreat as Mayuri challenged Goetia and summoned the evolved Leviathan from beneath the crater.
• Leviathan fired an energy blast that pierced Goetia's layered barriers, forcing him to teleport away.
• Goetia's powerful beams failed to damage Leviathan, which took flight and attacked him with its three tails.
• Goetia evaded Leviathan's attacks and resolved to use greater power against it.

Mayuri was pulled into Goetia’s Grand Temple of Time, where he prepared to destroy her with Ars Almadel Salomonis. With Leviathan’s help, she fused with the beast and faced the attack in a transformed state.

• Goetia transported Mayuri and Leviathan from Fuyuki City into the Grand Temple of Time.
• Leviathan fought the endlessly resurrecting Demon God Pillars and grew stronger by devouring them.
• Goetia summoned Ars Almadel Salomonis, targeting Mayuri with a Great Light Wheel powerful enough to incinerate human civilization.
• Mayuri realized Spacequake could not break the temple and sensed that her previously sealed Flaming Sword was usable there.
• Mayuri called Leviathan back, and it fused into her, changing her wings, armor, halo, and eyes as Goetia’s attack loomed overhead.

Mayuri used the Flaming Sword to split Goetia’s attack and severely damage the Grand Temple of Time, forcing him to collapse the domain and eject her. Back in the Great Hollow beneath Mount Enzou, Mayuri reunited with Shirou Emiya as her fusion with Leviathan began to fade.

• Mayuri completed her chant and unleashed the Flaming Sword at Goetia’s scarlet beam, splitting it and sending the attack onward.
• Goetia escaped the slash, but it struck the boundary of the Grand Temple of Time and shattered the cosmic domain, damaging Solomon’s remains and Goetia’s body.
• Goetia reclaimed the collapsing temple and expelled Mayuri from the domain rather than continue fighting.
• Mayuri returned to the Great Hollow beneath Mount Enzou in Fuyuki City, where she confirmed to Shirou Emiya that the battle was over.
• Mayuri sat down as her fusion markings faded, and Leviathan separated from her and reappeared in the pit.

After Chaldea failed to defeat Leviathan and persuade Mayuri to hand over the Holy Grail, Ritsuka, Mash, and Illya withdrew to continue their mission. Olga Marie remained behind because her original body had died and she would disintegrate outside the Singularity, and Mayuri let her stay in her shelter while Chaldea arranged supplies and a new body.

• Illya used Heracles's Noble Phantasms against Leviathan, but its shell regenerated and it nearly killed her; Mash and Cú Chulainn's attacks also failed to harm it.
• Ritsuka tried to convince Mayuri to give them the Holy Grail, but Mayuri refused, so Chaldea postponed Singularity F and withdrew.
• Roman told Olga Marie that her original body had died and she could not leave the Singularity without disintegrating; Da Vinci needed one to two months to prepare her a new vessel.
• After Ritsuka, Mash, and Illya departed, Olga Marie wandered to the Great Hollow, where Mayuri found her and invited her to stay in the shelter.

• Olga Marie received Da Vinci’s letter saying her artificial body was ready, and Mayuri tried to sound happy for her.
• Olga Marie fused with the new body and left the Great Hollow, while Mayuri stayed behind.
• Mayuri marked the passing days on the shack wall and used empty cans as stand-ins for her absent friends.

Mayuri settled into life at Chaldea after Olga Marie brought her there as a Servant, meeting its staff and residents. On her third day, Olga Marie assigned her to join Ritsuka Fujimaru and Mash for the Sixth Singularity.

• Olga Marie introduced Mayuri to Chaldea, where Dr. Roman welcomed her and reacted nervously to her question about his strawberry cake.
• Olga Marie toured Mayuri through Chaldea, where Da Vinci tried to sell her expensive magecraft items and Mayuri encountered Shirou Emiya working as the head chef.
• Mayuri met Ritsuka Fujimaru, Mash, and Fou in a corridor, recognized Fou's true identity as Cath Palug, and returned him to Ritsuka.

The Yggdmillennia clan summoned four Servants to fight as the Black Faction in the Great Holy Grail War. Mukuro Hoshimiya appeared as an Archer and discovered that Caules Forvedge Yggdmillennia was her Master as the war began.

• Darnic Prestone Yggdmillennia prepared four summoning circles for Fiore, Gordes, Celenike, and Caules, while Vlad III and Avicebron had already been summoned.
• Fiore summoned Heracles, Gordes summoned Siegfried, and Celenike summoned Astolfo; Caules's golden hair summoned Mukuro Hoshimiya as an Archer.
• Mukuro checked her new Spirit Origin and abilities, then recognized Siegfried, Astolfo, and Heracles among the newly summoned Servants.

• Astolfo introduced himself as Rider and asked the others to share their names and classes.

After the Black Faction’s summoning ceremony, Caules took Mukuro Hoshimiya to his room and arranged to test her abilities the next morning. Mukuro demonstrated spatial gates, physical enhancement, and global but indiscriminate attacks, leaving Caules to reconsider how powerful a Servant he had summoned.

• Gordes refused to reveal Siegfried’s identity, and Darnic let him take responsibility for his decision.
• The Masters and their Servants left the hall, and Mukuro followed Caules to his room while asking him to arrange a room for her.
• Caules asked Mukuro to demonstrate her abilities the next morning, and the two met outside Millennia Fortress after breakfast.
• Mukuro used Segva to open a spatial gate to the fortress hall, and Caules realized it could transform the Black Faction’s mobility.
• Mukuro used Shifuru to enhance Caules’s physical abilities for about three minutes.

Mukuro Hoshimiya helped Astolfo shelter a sick homunculus and used Michael’s Segva authority to seal Heracles’s Mad Enhancement, restoring his speech and clarity. Heracles agreed to care for the boy and asked Mukuro to keep the seal in place.

• Mukuro Hoshimiya wandered Millennia Fortress after Darnic’s tactical meeting and found Astolfo carrying an unconscious homunculus.
• Astolfo asked Mukuro to hide the boy, but Heracles arrived and recognized him as the homunculus Caster was searching for.
• Heracles offered his room for the boy, then struggled to communicate with Astolfo because of his Mad Enhancement.
• Mukuro used Segva to seal Heracles’s Mad Enhancement, restoring his clear mind and fluent speech.
• Heracles examined the homunculus and said his Magic Circuits were damaged, he would recover after resting, and he likely had only two or three years to live.
• Heracles agreed to care for the homunculus and asked Mukuro not to undo the seal on his Mad Enhancement.

Mukuro Hoshimiya flew to meet Ruler and strengthened Siegfried, who intervened when he found Karna attacking Jeanne d’Arc. Siegfried and Karna began fighting, while Mukuro judged that Siegfried could not win by trading direct blows.

• Caules told Mukuro Hoshimiya to escort Gordes and Siegfried to meet Ruler, and she left Astolfo to watch the sleeping homunculus.
• Mukuro Hoshimiya flew ahead of Gordes’s car and found Karna attacking Jeanne d’Arc in a clearing.
• At Gordes’s request, Mukuro Hoshimiya used Shifuru to strengthen Siegfried’s parameters.

• Siegfried and Karna fought evenly while Jeanne d'Arc refused Gordes’s request to join the battle and Mukuro Hoshimiya declined to risk hitting Siegfried with ranged attacks.
• Mukuro opened spatial gates to send Gordes and Siegfried to safety, then entered a gate herself as Jeanne chose to remain on the battlefield.

After Jeanne d'Arc refused to join the Black Faction, Darnic sent Vlad III, Heracles, and Avicebron to capture the intruding Berserker Spartacus. Vlad then confronted the Red Faction's scouts, and the chapter ended with Achilles evading his iron stakes as their fight began.

• Jeanne d'Arc refused Gordes's offer to return to Millennia Fortress, declaring that she remained neutral.
• Darnic ordered Vlad III, Heracles, and Avicebron to capture the lone Berserker, while Mukuro Hoshimiya, Astolfo, and Siegfried stayed behind.
• Heracles subdued Spartacus, and Avicebron sealed his ability to think independently.
• Vlad III sensed two scouts nearby, and his iron stakes forced Achilles and Atalanta out of hiding; Atalanta recognized Heracles and escaped.

• Achilles released Akhilleus Kosmos, bringing the world depicted on his shield down upon the battlefield.
• Heracles stopped the descending world with both arms, recalling the time he had held up the heavens for Atlas.
• Siegfried attacked the world with Balmung, but his sword energy dissipated against its barrier.

Mukuro Hoshimiya sealed Achilles’s Akhilleus Kosmos with Michael, saving Heracles and the fortress without destroying the battlefield. After the opposing Servants withdrew, Darnic and the others questioned whether their Archer was truly the Archangel Michael.

• Mukuro Hoshimiya offered Darnic the choice between destroying Akhilleus Kosmos and sealing it, and Darnic chose the seal.
• Mukuro Hoshimiya opened a spatial gate to the battlefield, joined Heracles, and released Michael’s true name.
• Mukuro Hoshimiya used Segva to seal Akhilleus Kosmos, causing Achilles’s miniature world and shield to disappear.

Meanwhile, Amakusa Shirou proceeded with his plan to launch the Hanging Gardens of Babylon despite learning that Mukuro’s Noble Phantasm was called Michael, while Mukuro denied being the archangel.

• Avicebron told Darnic that he would finish binding Spartacus within six hours, and Darnic ordered Spartacus to lead the charge as cannon fodder.
• Darnic learned that Sagara Hyouma was dead and that his Assassin’s whereabouts were unknown, but he considered the loss acceptable.

Jeanne d'Arc arrived too late to stop Semiramis from raising the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, and Amakusa Shirou launched the Red Faction's assault on Millennia Fortress to seize the Greater Grail. The chapter ended as the Red and Black Factions' expendable forces clashed outside the fortress.

• Astolfo asked Mukuro Hoshimiya how she obtained a Noble Phantasm bearing Michael's name, but Mukuro said she had forgotten.
• Jeanne d'Arc followed her revelation south of Trifas and watched the Hanging Gardens of Babylon rise into the sky, too late to intervene.
• Semiramis showed the airborne fortress to Karna, Atalanta, and Achilles, then heard Amakusa Shirou order an attack on Millennia Fortress to seize the Greater Grail.
• Darnic recognized the Hanging Gardens of Babylon approaching and ordered the Black Faction into combat readiness.

Vlad III fought Karna after Mukuro Hoshimiya's enhancement strengthened him, but he could not overcome Karna's sun armor and Mana Burst. Across the battlefield, the other Servants remained locked in separate fights, while Spartacus accumulated damage and power through Cry of the War-Monger.

• Vlad III used Kazikli Bey to impale hundreds of Dragon Tooth Warriors before Karna confronted him.
• Vlad III's enhanced iron stakes forced Karna to retreat, but Karna's sun armor blunted the attacks and his Mana Burst destroyed stakes created inside his body.

Mukuro Hoshimiya watched the battle from Millennia Fortress as Karna unleashed a devastating Noble Phantasm against Vlad III. She redirected the attack into space before it could destroy the fortress, but Vlad III became the first Servant eliminated from the Great Holy Grail War.

• Mukuro Hoshimiya offered to disable the Hanging Garden of Babylon's ability to fly, and Darnic eagerly accepted.
• Amakusa Shirou Tokisada used a Command Spell to order Karna to unleash his full strength against everything before him.
• Karna fired Brahmastra Kundala, overwhelming Vlad III's defenses and destroying him.

Heracles defeated Mordred after Kairi Shishigou spent all three Command Spells to empower her, then began fighting Karna. At Millennia Fortress, Mukuro Hoshimiya used Michael to shut down the Hanging Gardens of Babylon’s flight, causing it to descend.

• Kairi Shishigou used all three Command Spells to order Mordred to give everything she had, but Heracles survived her full-power Clarent Blood Arthur unharmed.
• Heracles shattered Mordred’s sword and Spirit Core, eliminating her, and Kairi Shishigou fled the battlefield.
• Heracles revealed that he was a Berserker with his Mad Enhancement sealed and began fighting Karna, whose Shemesh Armor reduced the damage from Heracles’s blows.

Amakusa Shirou evacuated the surviving Red Faction Servants after Mukuro Hoshimiya destroyed the Hanging Gardens of Babylon. The Red Faction retreated, and Mukuro sent Spartacus into space to prevent his Noble Phantasm from destroying the Black Faction.

• Amakusa Shirou used two Command Spells to move the falling Hanging Gardens of Babylon above Millennia Fortress, and Mukuro opened a spatial gate that sent it into outer space.
• Shakespeare was eliminated as the Hanging Gardens disintegrated, while Semiramis teleported herself and Amakusa Shirou to safety.
