History

Creation and Divine Realm Residence

Lin Huan developed the God of Games godhood through cooperation with the Demon Empress, drawing on ocean faith neglected by Tang San. He established himself on Joy Island, formerly Sea God Island, and left a personally crafted trident there as a cornerstone of their agreement. In exchange for her assistance, he promised to resurrect the Deep Sea Demonic Whale King when he could obtain the necessary Plane Authority 1.

His ascension broke Tang San’s concealment of Douluo Star. Connecting his godhood to the God Realm Central Hub filled its remaining capacity, obstructing Tang San’s planned promotion of the Sea God godhood. Lin Huan avoided Divine Realm politics and instead worked as a divine-artifact craftsman 1.

During the Space-Time Turbulence crisis, he took the divine positions of Destruction and Life, preserved their departing souls, and collected Immortal Qi before leaving the Divine Realm. He returned to Douluo at peak First-Level God strength and chose Dragon Valley as his home 1.

Establishment of the Games

After Tang Wulin arrived on Douluo Continent, Lin Huan publicly manifested as the God of Games. He locked down the Abyss Plane and forced its ruler and Tang Hao into an interplanar tournament. Following Tang Hao’s defeat, he claimed the Douluo Plane Master’s seat and spent six years establishing a game-based order 1 2 3.

The new order divided the world into realms and factions, with competitions intended to let Douluo’s inhabitants confront the Abyss through regulated duels. Its public relaunch included historical resurrections, new Soul Beast habitats, and a territorial blessing for the Joy Realm’s believers 3 4 5.

An exceptionally intense wish can attract the God of Games’ attention. He marks the petitioner with a blue exclamation mark and issues a quest to powerful individuals, offering rewards for fulfilling that wish 20 21.

• Petitioner marker: Xie Xie’s exclamation mark hovers approximately five centimeters above his head 21.
• Quest notifications: Selected faction leaders receive electronic screens displaying the quest and its coordinates 21.
• Completion requirement: Treating an immediate symptom may be insufficient when the petitioner’s underlying problem remains unresolved 21 22 23.
