During the Douluo II era, Lin Huan avoided becoming deeply involved in the main storyline and concentrated on cultivation. He was wary of Tang San’s oversight and did not dare attend Shrek Academy. His Creative Workshop supported his gradual growth until he successfully condensed the God of Games godhood 1 14.

Lin Huan and the Demon Empress established his following among the sea’s creatures. Their earlier conquest produced what he later called “false faith”: worship based on fear rather than sincere gratitude. He also left behind a handmade trident to displace the Sea God’s influence, turning Sea God Island into Joy Island 1 22.

After ascending, he held only a nominal position in the Divine Realm and showed little interest in its administration. Divine-artifact manufacturing provided another source of Immortal Qi, with the Destruction God King among his major customers. He eventually collected twenty-five years of withheld stipends and departed before returning to the Douluo Plane in the Dragon King timeline 1.

Lin Huan is carefree, theatrical, and driven by entertainment. He treats the world as a game he can both administer and personally enter, staging public battles, assigning quests, and observing how revived historical figures react to the present. His knowledge of Douluo stories and fanfiction frequently informs his plans and jokes 2 14 17 33.

He presents himself as a fair deity who offers hope rather than demanding belief through slaughter or coercion. He prefers willing devotion and recognizes that heartfelt gratitude produces better faith than fear. Nevertheless, he is capable of cruelty and manipulation: he repeatedly kills and resurrects Tang Hao, publicly humiliates Yu Xiaogang, and alters other people’s emotional connections for amusement 1 2 11 19 22.

Within his household, he is affectionate and indulgent. He deliberately lets his daughters outmaneuver him when stealing snacks, reasoning that food obtained through their own efforts tastes better.
