History

The Primordial World is a vast, spiritually dense world of immortal mountains, exotic beasts, and powerful innate beings. Its eastern regions are depicted as vibrant and rich in spiritual energy, while the Western Continent is barren, dark-red, and scarred by warfare. Lin Shen arrives here after transmigrating from Earth and is recognized as the first Innate Spiritual Root to undergo Form Transformation in the world. 1 2 15

During the Dragon-Phoenix Calamity, the Blood Maple Plain becomes a battlefield for the Dragon, Phoenix, and Kirin clans. Death, resentment, karma, and fiend qi accumulate into calamity clouds, destabilizing the world and empowering Luohu. Lin Shen's Primordial World Safety Protection Plan absorbs nearly all of this malevolent energy, allowing the combatants to regain their senses and abruptly changing the calamity's course. 15 19 27

The aftermath elevates Kunlun Mountain into a new center of power. The Three Pure Ones attain the Primordial Golden Immortal realm, releasing pressure felt by every Grand Unity Golden Immortal in the world and forcing the former three-clan overlords to acknowledge Kunlun's supremacy. 21 28 29

Hongjun later proves the Sage position and merges with the Heavenly Dao, becoming a guardian of the Primordial World's order. Under his and Kunlun's influence, Dao sermons, recruitment efforts, and the Kunlun Market draw ancient beings and ordinary cultivators alike out of seclusion. 47 90 107

Lin Shen's Origin Qi repeatedly transforms the world's cultivation order.
